Kelly Dever testifies that the Boston Police Dept. This is categorically false. In June of 2022, in the first Discovery received by Karen Read, Brian Higgins police interview was included. The interview made clear that Higgins was represented by an attorney. ABA Professional Rule 4.2 makes clear that no attorney will communicate directly with a person the attorney knows to be represented. I’m convinced that Colin joined the Army without disclosing his pending civil lawsuit against Aidan Kearney and Karen just so he would have to quit and then add that to his lawsuit. Maybe he did disclose his involvement but only as a non-party, not the plaintiff. Mama Llama keeps saying Colin is going to get the biggest settlement MA has ever seen… Is he manufacturing his own case? Is Chris Mattei behind this newest stunt? He has already blamed TB for being the reason he dropped out of Bridgewater (definitely had nothing to do with his GPA) Now he wants to blame TB and Karen for the reason he had to drop out of the Military (Did he even pass the ASVAB?)

In yet another instance of stunning dishonesty, Aidan Kearney goes on his new cohort, Grant Ellis Smith's, Spaces to spread his propaganda and disinformation. Yesterday, protected discovery that Aidan Kearney freely admits he shared with at least one person outside his legal team found its way onto this platform. In the past few weeks, protected discovery has routinely been leaked here. The message was from Michael Proctor. In it, Proctor is upset at the harassment being directed toward the witnesses, specifically Colin Albert, and himself. Proctor claims Kearney posted a video of Proctor changing his infant son's diaper. Seconds before showing the video, Kearney had leaked Colin Albert's cell phone number to his audience. He had also published several threats to Colin before this date, including telling the young man he would disrupt all of his football games and practices. Aidan Kearney, aka Turtle Boy otherwise known as the Blogger is charged with multiple criminal felonies for his harassing behavior towards witnesses in the John O'Keefe case. He is the bully who finally is not being allowed to bully. His words over the last 2 years now seem aimed at himself. No one feels sorry for you. On August 12, 2023, on a live show, Aidan Kearney played a game he called "Canton Roulette" in which he would randomly call investigators, witnesses, and their families involved in the Read case for the purpose of harassment and taunting.
