Advanced chest muscle flex showcase I 3D modeled the chest in a flexed state, and then added a smoothing animation that turns off and on based on the shoulders position. Proof of concept only, not included in my standard muscle commission services. #b3d #vrchat

I've recreated the 2026 Thomas face design in 3D. I modeled the engine based off of the toy proportions and animated it. I wanted to see if the face expression and toy shape is what made it look bad Turns out it's actually not that bad, a cartoony face leads to more expression!

A quick animation render of my dude from CC5 to Blender. Base animation from CC5. Then I added a layer on top of it in Blender. For Speed and quality, this is a great workflow #b3d #charactercreator #vfx #CGI

A focused look at the quadriceps - the muscle group that powers extension, absorbs impact, and shapes the movement of the lower limb - brought to life in our latest 3D animation. Can you name all four heads of the quadriceps muscle?

Proof of concept of how my Face Rig would work in practice! I separated the L and R controls for the eyes and eyebrows which allows for more freedom. With a proper animation, camera movement, and character movement, I think this could look pretty nice! #b3d #LoisLane

Weighted dips were the move today - BW+ 115lb added for some sets of 6-8 reps 🚂 ☑️Phenomenal chest and triceps builder, but also underrated in terms of SERRATUS development. The serratus muscle plays a big role for shoulder stability in the bench press and it gets developed well on these when performed with a slight lean forward at the bottom.

“I used your t-shirt the other night. I stuffed it in my mouth while I jerked off." “Yeah?” Will purrs and lies back on the bed, resting on his elbows, and brings a foot to the center of Mike’s chest, “I know. I heard you."

I updated my 3D Camera asset and added a "fisheye" option, so you can take fisheye pics! I also added a world prefab to render 3D pics in your VRChat world. Technically, the fisheye pics can also be used as matcaps. Not ideal since not true 180° pics, but it kinda works.

Introducing BOOMR, the mecha-kitty, a project that came to me from the idea of giving a regular house cat a high tech mech suit the entire character is modeled, rigged and animated in Blender, Textured in Substance Quite the labor of love learning rigging and character animation to bring this bad boy to life, hope you enjoy! #3d #3dart #3danimation #blender #b3d #mecha #scifiart

the way i felt the tightness in my chest dissipate almost immediately actually. what do you mean that’s literally drag path in the original short. like the animation maybe wasn’t just chosen on a whim.

Rig Testing, Small Range of motion tests. Focusing on the shoulders, arms, chest and back in particular Seeing how things feel when im doing rushed experiments with animating and get a feel of how well the mechanics could work. The animations are not pretty, they are just quick tests :)

Every muscle in the human body grows from progressive mechanical tension. Except, apparently, the abs. Abs uniquely require: - 100 reps a session - Bodyweight only - No tracking, no progression - A different "core circuit" every workout for "muscle confusion" - Done at the end when you can barely stand up - Followed by a plank for the soul The rectus abdominis evolved on a different planet from every other skeletal muscle. While your chest, back and quads respond to heavy load through a working range, your abs respond to chaos, exhaustion, and a sequence of crunches named after a celebrity. Or you could do weighted crunches for 4-6 reps, add a kilo a fortnight, and watch them grow like every other muscle in your body. But that would require admitting the abs are just a muscle, and the fitness industry would lose an entire genre of content.

Notice how those muscles bulge and tighten! Testing a new section of my muscle system, this time for the obliques. It realistically conserves mass when stretching or squishing. More WIPs coming as I test different body types! #b3d #vrchat

Hi! I do 3D modelling sometimes! Here's a Lucario Vtuber Avatar I've developed and released for free a while back. Here's a few videos showing off some of the things the avatar is capable of: More information on this, VRChat version and download links in the replies
