Thank you! Progress with a weight and do the lunge both feet on tips toes. Regress to a squat and only one rep of each (probably leave out the hinge as that’s really hard) 😉

Weight is shared between legs for the lunge… and yes stability meaning balance/ proprioception/ trunk and pelvic control - lots of different benefits… 🤸🏼🤺🧘🏼

We all smoke our way, for now I have mastered the art of the glass tip cone style. It’s not a specialty roll by any means, but it’s consistent for me. I don’t have the fine hand coordination nor the patience to fuck up a hand roll when I can do this pretty easily and it smokes as proper as a good hand roll. When I have more time away from serving, I’ll practice hand rolling but this is how I smoke.

🐿️ this is the part that broke (because i accidentally hit the mic on my teeth while jumping around singing ‘miracle’ at weverse con) 🐿️ i have saw shaped teeth and my tooth chipped at the bottom part 🐿️ can you see it? this part? 🐿️ since the mic is painted, i thought that some of the paint came off and stuck to my tooth so i kept trying to take it off but when i checked at home the next day, i realized that it was broken 🐿️ but i asked a protocol team member that goes to the dentist often…and since it’s not a molar but just a tiny bit at the end…since it’s really tiny…i asked whether i should go to the dentist….not to take it out, of course but all i can do is get them to grind it…but do i really need to? it’ll probably get more blunt as my life goes on 🐿️ i’m really glad that a lot of it didn’t break though

$I’m trying to stay calm while I write this after what I just heard this woman say. Her name is “Hope Ful” on TikTok. She is angry that military and veterans get a 10 percent discount in certain stores and restaurants. “They’re already living off of taxpayer dollars. What about us? We get no benefit for supporting our military.” Allow me to tell you what benefits you get, Hope. You get the freedom of speech that allows you to spew this absolute crap on the internet. And I’m about to exercise mine. Because, just an FYI, I didn’t have that luxury as an MP. In the military, I gave up a lot of my rights as an American, and my body quite literally belonged to the US Government. But I’m a veteran now, and I can say, for the most part, what I want. We signed on the dotted line and said we were willing to give our lives to our country. To you, Hope. I live with an injured hand that is, quite literally, always in pain; I live with the pain of having lost one of my best friends; I live with the pain of a ten-year battle with PTSD and nights of no sleep. And go ahead and tack on stress fractures and knee/back/hip problems for life. Do you want to know what we get for that kind of sacrifice? A 4–6 month wait to be seen by a specialist at a VA hospital because the process of just getting medical care is a nightmare for veterans, a “thank you for your service,” and a 10% discount at a few restaurants. But we’re also grateful that we got to serve the country we love so much. We get to claim the honor of protecting our nation and our freedom. This hack actually works, if you go near the end of the store hours before close and ask the shop if they have any mistakes you can have or buy, most of the time they will give them to you. The only thing I would keep in mind is that allot of the time, the less fortunate people usually do this. Back in high school, when I worked at a pizza shop, we always had some people down on their luck people hoping to get a cheap pizza or a free one, many of the times I wouldn’t actually give it to them. I didn’t care, the money didn’t come out of my pocket so I just made them a fresh one, was I wrong for this or would you do that too?

For a whole year, I gave part of my salary to Maleek. I saw value in him that I did not want the NCAA to lose, and so I paid the price until......and he continues to add value. If my DG did not know it and say it, I probably would be silent as I have been about many others. One of the things my therapist is working with me on is healing the relationship I have with the piano.
