@Tesla Early Model S door handles (those retractable ones) were tested by engineers wrapping them in wet towels overnight to mimic rain and freezing conditions. It exposed flaws in the mechanism, leading to tweaks—proof Tesla sweats the small stuff, even if it’s not glamorous.
