@DrAmirKhanGP This is irrelevant. I’m an irrelevant person. How do I communicate my concerns and situation ? I need to go away for Xmas period to provide support for very very poorly 35 year old (I’ll be the ambulance) but I’m worried sick about an 84 year old neighbour I also support????
