The day I held my first son, my first thought was, I need life insurance and a safer car.

Something magical happens when you see your first child in the flesh. In that first moment the focus shifts from me to them (wife and child). There is something in the male brain the switches on and it remains for the rest of your life.

If there was any way to get real satisfaction chasing pleasure, I'd have found it in dozens of women, snorting coke & oxy, booze & making a TON of money, TBH even sobriety just gave a temporary respite.
