As we have been saying for the last few years: until the Russians feel the war at home, they will never want it to end. Our responses to Russia’s prolongation of the war and its attacks on our cities and communities are entirely justified. This time, Ukrainian long-range sanctions reached the Moscow region, and we are clearly telling the Russians: their state must end its war. Ukrainian drone and missile manufacturers continue their work. I am grateful to the Security Service of Ukraine and all the Defense Forces of Ukraine for their precision. The distance from Ukraine’s state border is over 500 km. The concentration of Russian air defense in the Moscow region is the highest. But we are overcoming it. Glory to Ukraine!

We can only speak of lasting peace for the future of our world if the war in Ukraine ends justly and axis of evil is defeated. Therefore, it’s important to stop Russians, to prevent them from advancing and seizing more countries in Europe. It’s crucial that we strengthen our partners and build alliance that serves as reliable safeguard against future wars, one that would allow us to preserve peace for our children for many years to come. The future is being decided in Ukraine today, and we need to keep our partners by our side to deliver final blow to Russia.

Russians have always been very vocal about their targets. When we check tanks we captured from Russia in our tank repair factories, because we grab them, repair them, and try to send them back to Russia to fight against Russia, so when we check those tanks, they never write to Kyiv. They always write to Berlin, NATO, Prague, whatever. They can't admit to themselves that they fight Ukraine only. They believe they fight with NATO. They've always been very vocal about their targets. They want to invade Europe, period. There's another nation which is also capable of producing whatever is needed in big war, and we are asking to get us integrated into Europe. So, you have to choose whether you want to have Ukraine integrated into European defense industry and European Union, rather than Russia invading. Because I've never thought that Ukraine would be integrated into European Union via security and defense road. And it looks like we will be there.

I mean, it's like minus 25 degrees and then you attack the energy system. I mean, it's so crazy that only Russians would do such a thing. But this is how Russia is and it will not change. And I think our problem in Ukraine is still that there are still red lines when it comes to the weapons they can use to win this war. And you cannot win a war with the one hand tied on your back. We need to give them weapons so they can strike into Russia. We have had this discussion for several years. We are still discussing it. I mean, for the last three years on this conference, I have said, why are we not providing them the air defense that they need? And everybody is doing like this. They still lack air defense. You cannot protect a country without air defense. We know exactly what we need to deliver, including, of course, membership of NATO, because if they were a NATO member now, we would be in a completely different situation now. So, we know what to do. But first of all, we have to recognize, we have to understand, we have to learn that Russia will not change and they are not interested in peace, unfortunately.

Europe helped, America helped. Russia has not managed to occupy Ukraine because of the strength of the Ukrainian people, soldiers, civilians, and our partners. We fully support the US saying, "Enough bloodshed." But we must end this war in such a way that a year from now, Russia does not come back with a third invasion in this decade. It may happen, because that was their main goal.
