After watching this fight scene between Daemon Targaryen and Ser Jon Roxton, no sane person would seriously claim that Daemon could beat Jaime Lannister in single combat.

@UtdGotham Jaime was never fighting for real against Ned and he was pissed off when the soldiers intervened against his wishes. Ned was the one who (supposedly) killed Dayne, Jaime's idol. So he wanted to fight him since Arthur died. In the book they dont even fight

Your explanations are all over the place. We've never seen either Arthur or Jamie fight a big opponent on screen so yoh can't claim no advantage. Then again you're comparing what the book says to what we see on screen, but theres no premise for comparison either.

Well after watching any fight scene with Jamie I was blown away that he’s considered a good swordsman. The books on the other hand very different. In the show he looks like he’s moving in slow motion.

Jaime Lannister only fought once with his two hands in the whole series of GOT, we can't really judge from that one scene he had with Ned Stark.
