absolutely, there's nothing worse than a tool that you don't know what it's going to do. the more people use these "agentic" tools the more they'll realise how frustrating (and sometimes downright dangerous) it is, and how they long for tools that offer some predictability.

Interesting take. What you’re describing as workflow is human in the loop right? Isn’t that an agent as well that is designed to interact more with the user?
