Aharonov-Bohm Effect We didn't understand classical electromagnetism until the late 1950s. You could argue that we still don't. The interference pattern in the double slit experiment shifts even though there's no electric or magnetic fields outside of the solenoid. Instead we must use the electromagnetic four-potential to understand the...

They decided to push string theory to cover this up.

I actually sort of agree. I was just reading more about Aharnov-Bohm effect. Woh boy... Wikipedia has a whole section on gravity manipulation based on this. I should have done a deep dive on this much sooner. I also think it's interesting Bohm came up with pilot-wave theory.

String theory is a dead end if you ask me. Some still hang onto it

A charged aether does exist as a type of substrate. The Mickleson-Morley experiments chose to misinterpret their results, leading to where we are now in terms of public science. Meanwhile the real science went 'dark' and has developed technology beyond our imagination-in secret.

The have a lightbulb with a tungsten filament. The filament glows red hot at about 4000˚F. That hot source is about 2mm to 5mm away from the wall with the slits. The tungsten gets so hot that it shoots off electron particles like a nuclear material shooting off alpha and beta particles. The particles wildly shoot around, but the particles are charged. Which means you can control them and guide them into a collimated beam with magnetic fields. But there’s no accounting for the edges of the slits themselves being impacted by the electrons from the primary source and then re-emitting secondary electron emissions. There doesn’t seem to be any differentiation between the primary electrons in a beam shooting through the slits verses secondary electrons shooting off or deflecting from the edges of the slits themselves. And if you simply block one of the slits with a detector or sensor... then of course you’re not going to get an interference pattern like before because you’re blocking the damn light. That has absolutely nothing to do with some alleged particle wave duality, delayed choice, quantum eraser effect nor does it suggest or support ANY notion of a literal particle wave interchange as E=mc^2 is commonly interpreted. There is an equivalence... not a literal interchange. I'd like to have a word with your science manager please, I’d like a refund. This is beginning to look like a quantum allegory of Plato’s cave. The shadows and the puppets making the shadows are two different things. The puppets and the shadows do not interchange or magically flip back and forth. The puppets and shadows are not in a probable state of quantum superposition, etc. When you block the light, you get a shadow. You only get an interference pattern with light if you block a beam with 2 slits fitting within the diameter of that beam. If you block one of the slits or prevent the light from shining on the wall... you’re not gonna get an interference pattern like you do without blocking the damn light. What does that possibly have to do with some mythical particle-wave duality where a LITERAL flipping takes place based upon a real-world observer with human eyes looking at the wall?!? There is a major difference between “OBSERVING” light and a scenario from afar... versus DIRECTLY BLOCKING a collimated beam with a sensor to prevent a pattern from forming. Just because you look at the wall doesn’t mean the pattern will change. But that’s how the double slit experiment is framed in the cartoon called “Flatland” with Dr. Quantum, it’s framed that way in textbooks depicting a human eye literally looking at the scenario and more. At what point does “oversimplification” just become flat out fraud? How far does a misrepresentation have to go to become an all-out lie or fabrication?

You should take the advice that Weinstein gives Howard and teach less. Focus on experimental results. You started strong and then lost me halfway through. You didn’t address the major issue that leads to particle wave duality.

I showed the mechanism of the A-B effect in the second part of this video. If you don't understand diffraction as first step, then you cannot understand A-B as a second step, which influences diffraction, when a magnetic field influences diffraction. “Two Mysteries of Electron Diffraction (resolved)”

Re: "Aharonov-Bohm Effect" Duh - INSULATOR and running a current through that INSULATOR. This is the dum-dum of electron ball, electricity theory. INSULATORS become polarized and less resistant to electrical conduction, not static POTENTIAL BARRIERS like academics believe. Why do you increase the "plastic insulator" in a wire?
