I did a deep dive on missing Major General William McCasland. Not sure people realize the significance of his work. He worked on quantum technologies utilizing the Aharonov-Bohm effect, better models for satellite orbits, and directed energy weapons in 2001. He was Commander of the AFRL from 2011-2013, so he definitely knows about fusion propulsion and wormholes. Someone like this shouldn't be wandering around without their phone unsupervised.
