This raises an interesting question: is the Indian government as concerned about its tech industry as China is considering the upcoming AI tidal wave? No AI labs in India is that correct?

OpenAI’s latest reasoning model, o3, will make programmers 100 times more valuable, a key AI startup CEO said.

Disruption without direction is just chaos. The future is built by those who anticipate change and adapt, not by those who fear it. Let's not just predict the fall; let's shape the rise.

bold prediction, but let's not forget that human creativity and adaptability are wild cards AI can never fully replicate. 2025 might shake up the BPO world, but it's not the end of human ingenuity.

So we all can deliver garbage products and say: “This is the worst it will ever be” Exponential !

as if Indians cant learn to use ai to code...

I feel like we’ll all just be going to work next year… Thinking, whatever happened to 2025 being the last year we had to work?

No problem! A new process is about to evolve AI Process Outsourcing! It includes VR receptionists, outsourcing agentic capabilities to business processes, and efficient maintenance. India has almost free internet, And the internet has everything free to learn including what Emad has learned and knows. So, who knows? Emad might also get replaced by Indian AI Process Outsourcing!

You are all a bunch of fools.

Soon the basic requirement for jobs will be PhD

Chub, this seems extremely bearish on large indian IT BPO's like infosys, tcs, hcl tech etc. Im extremely glad i sold my indian IT company shares last year. What do you think?
