It's due to what's called overfitting of the training dataset. It's almost impossible to fix it because you have to create a huge dataset containing watch faces showing different time configurations to generalize the training.

JPEG compression + datamoshing Had to perform the datamoshing separate from the initial reprojection so that blocks that cleared to new data would show the converged scene instead of just noisy data, so I'm basically reprojecting everything twice, which is silly but looks great!
