Huang: The most important thing is it’s not likely that you’ll lose a job to AI. You’re going to lose a job to somebody who uses AI. So, I would recommend everybody do what we do which is use artificial intelligence with our work and do our jobs better.

The BeyHive takes things way too literal. “Beyoncé hates AI.” Do y’all realize AI is in everything? That automated reply from her site and CÉCRED’? Payment processing? That’s AI too. She doesn’t hate AI. She hates a specific type of AI, y’all just grouped them into one. It’s 2025. Hating AI without understanding it isn’t just ironic, it’s costly. Opportunities, jobs, side hustles, content, business tools, they’re all being shaped by AI. If you’re still treating AI like it’s just ChatGPT or robots, you’re playing yourself out of relevance… and income. It’s like hating the internet in 2010. AI won’t replace jobs, it will replace those who don’t know how to use it.
