This lines up perfectly with what we’ve been seeing behind the scenes. We ran tests across multiple properties…and anytime an AI Overview showed up, CTR dropped like a rock. Not a little. Not occasionally. Consistently. Google’s claim that AI Overviews increase clicks? Let’s call it what it is…corporate spin. You don’t get featured as the answer. You get buried in a block with 5–10 other citations. It’s not a traffic driver. It’s a traffic siphon. So what’s the move? Adapt or get ghosted. •Go deeper than AI can summarize •Write like you’re explaining it to a human, not an algorithm •Lead with insight, not fluff •Make users want to click by offering something AI can’t We’re not playing the same SEO game anymore. Zero-click is real. Informational queries aren’t built to convert like they used to…so we either pivot the funnel or lose relevance. AI didn’t kill SEO. But it killed the lazy version of it. Time to evolve people.

Chegg’s lawsuit emphasizes the financial damage to its business, the court will also investigate whether AI Overviews reduce the quality of search results by limiting users’ access to diverse information sources. Being real, I wonder what percentage of these clicks are generic? I've seen so many sites create 2,000 word articles that an AI overview can answer in 1 sentence.

Thanks to the connection with Google tools, I can access numerous functions such as gDrive, Calendar, and Mail, and, for example, get a summary of my emails and answers to further questions. The same goes for Calendar: I can now chat with the various Google tools using Genspark, get an overview, and access them. This significantly boosts productivity! I can get an overview by not only sorting my emails, but also discussing their content with AI and making entries directly in the calendar. An AI secretary became a reality.

Look at the hysterical anti-AI comments in this thread from people who have never animated a day in their life. They claim AI "undercuts artists" and "steals from real animators." As a real animator who has been animating for 20 years, AI is simply the equivalent of getting a budget and a studio. Especially as one who has been blacklisted from the industry, AI is the best thing that could have ever happened to me. "Independent animators are the only artists who are expected to do the jobs of hundreds of people." Did Disney, Bakshi, or Judge stop being artists/animators because they got a studio, and didn't animate every single frame of their films by themselves? The answer from these commenters would be "ofcourse not." So why is it any different when a head animator uses AI to do all the laborious bitchwork instead of poorly paid Koreans? If a director ceases to be an artist because they use AI, then that means a director ceases to be an artist because they use a studio, and only the studio of poorly paid Koreans doing tedious repetitive bitchwork would be considered the Real Artists. Obviously, this is absurd logic. I still have seen no one refute this, and I would like to see some of the people in this thread try.
