AI video is moving beyond prompts and Flova’s all-in-one, agent native workflow makes that shift feel real. I wasn’t expecting the Agent to handle this much of the production. I used Seedance 2.5 inside Flova to create this fragrance commercial and the workflow turned out to be just as... show more

Here is a step-by-step introduction to building a workflow with a custom AI agent that uses MCP. I explain every component in the video: 1. Building the MCP server 2. Building the agent and an MCP client 3. Building a workflow that uses the agent The goal is simple: Generate a dialogue between two people and make one yell and the other answer with sarcasm. Kestra is sponsoring this video. They are an open-source orchestration platform (repo link below), and I used them to build the workflow that connects every component.

This AI trailer is almost 4 minutes long. And no, I didn’t just keep generating random shots until something worked. I built the whole thing with Agent Two like an actual production: Script. Characters. Playbook. Seedance 2.5. Iteration. Final edit. All inside one connected Invideo workflow. The wild part? The AI didn’t replace the process. It helped me run it. Here’s the final result. Sound ON. 🔥👇

recording a scene like this used to take a whole crew for a week.. but I made it today with Seedance 2.5 + Flova Agent & Skills. AI Video is moving beyond prompts, and it looks like this 👇

One idea + Flova skill agent = a cinematic commercial. I used Flova AI to create an energy drink ad: a city blackout, a rooftop runner, storm clouds, neon rain, and one final sprint to bring the lights back. Here’s the result: try here :

AI video is moving beyond short clips. I used Seedream to create the visual concepts, Seedance Enterprise 2.5 to turn them into a 30s continuous cinematic sequence, and SeedAudio to complete the atmosphere. The biggest takeaway? Better character consistency, smoother transitions, and storytelling that feels much closer to a real production pipeline than prompt-and-pray generation. Curious what everyone else is building with this workflow. Seedance 2.5 API is about to launch on BytePlus, and Lumina will also roll out Seedance 2.5 soon.

3D creation usually means jumping between multiple tools. I tested Hi3D Agent by turning one reference image into a refined 3D asset , then kept improving it just by describing the changes I wanted. Here’s the full workflow in 75 seconds 👇 Hi3D Agent is positioning itself as the first all-in-one AI 3D Agent in the world, built to handle more of the 3D workflow than a GPT-6-only approach. @Hitem3D #Hi3Dagent #AI3D #GPT6

The official, native Seedance 2.5 is now available on Pippit AI for just $1.50 for your first month — 90% OFF. 🔥 Here’s the workflow I used: → Open Pippit AI and start with Creative Agent → Use Canvas to brainstorm and organize the creative direction → Build the story, scenes, and visual flow in Story Studio → Generate with Seedance 2.5 and refine the final result → Export the finished video in high quality What I like about the workflow is that Pippit’s Canvas brings different AI models and creative tools together in one workspace, while Seedance 2.5 can create cinematic long takes of up to 30 seconds with more precise control over timing and motion. More Affordable Seedance 2.5 Generation: For Seedance 2.5 at 720P, Pippit AI offers a promotional price of as low as $0.035/second, compared with $0.079/second on other tools. Try Seedance 2.5 on Pippit AI now and enjoy 90% OFF for a limited time! Comment “Pippit” and I’ll send you the link. Vizard Agent just changed how I think about AI video creation. Most AI video tools help you with one part of the process. Vizard Agent can take responsibility for the entire video job. For this demo, I gave it a single brief: → A 30-second emotional story → Scene-by-scene direction → Camera movements → Voiceover → Visual style → Character details → Music + final text And instead of manually piecing everything together, the Agent handled the workflow. It understood the brief, planned the video, created the scenes, made creative decisions, assembled the story, and delivered the final result. The interesting part? I didn't have to tell it every editing step. I just gave it the goal. That’s what makes Vizard Agent different. You can give it: 🎬 Raw footage 📝 A script or idea 🔗 A reference video or website 📸 Images and brand assets ✨ Or a combination of everything And let the Agent figure out what needs to happen next. This feels like the “Claude Code moment” for video. You don't operate the workflow. You brief the Agent. #Vizard #AIVideo #VideoEditing #AIAgents #ContentCreation

I used Seedance Enterprise 2.5 to create this AI rap music video. One thing I noticed during testing was that I spent less time regenerating shots. I got the result on the second attempt. I was getting usable results more consistently, which made the workflow feel faster and more cost-effective. The authenticity struck me profoundly, Seedance 2.5 captures micro‑expressions and subtle eye shifts that feel unscripted — the kind of nuance that usually gets lost in AI, but here makes every frame read as a real performance. The 30-second generation made the creative process feel much more natural. The motion, lighting, and camera movement felt more natural, making it easier to focus on storytelling instead of fixing every scene. I can also see how pairing it with SeedAudio would make the overall AI music video workflow even more seamless. Support for multimodal references and localized editing helped keep the visuals consistent while making refinements much easier. Overall, Seedance 2.5 feels less like a shot generator and more like a creative tool for cinematic storytelling and music videos. Seedance 2.5 API is about to launch on BytePlus, and Lumina will also roll out Seedance 2.5 soon

I used AI to create this transformation video, and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. The entire workflow required 11 keyframe images and 7 short video clips. The hardest part was the clothing transition. Current AI models still leave noticeable artifacts during the dressing process, so I had to trim and hide many of those frames in editing. After several iterations, this version finally feels smooth and believable. Full workflow + prompts:

Just tested MiniMax H3 in MiniMax Design and used it to make an anime PV. What I like is that the Agent actually helps with the workflow instead of just giving me one generated clip. Started with an idea, and it handled the rest step by step.

The more I use AI for commercial work, the less interested I am in “one prompt → finished video.” This bullet-time workflow feels much more practical: GPT-6 Astra ↓ 3D white model ↓ CapCut PC ↓ Seedance 2.5 generation ↓ Bullet-time + speed ramps ↓ Edit Pilot / AI Extend ↓ Final commercial Generation is only one stage. The real workflow is generate → edit → refine → finish. That feels much closer to actual production. #GPT6Astra #CapCutPC #AIVideo #Seedance25

The biggest problem with AI clothing ads today is fabric consistency. Most workflows can’t hold the fabric consistent through multiple environmental and human interactions - like sunlight, wind, touch, and motion. So we built a workflow inside Agent One that holds 100% fabric consistency throughout the ad. The full step-by-step workflow along with the cost and time breakdown in the video and the thread.
