Governor Tina Kotek just signed SB 1507, and it takes away three key tax breaks: one for buying cars, one for small business growth, and one for investing in equipment and creating jobs. Now all three are gone at the state level. That means less investment, fewer job opportunities, and more pressure on your wallet at a time when costs are already high. "AI won't take your job, But someone using it will " This Statement has been echoed everywhere , just to stop panic in the tech community bcoz of increasing layoffs and less hirings...Such a narrative will force many into spending money for learning AI tools and writing codes for it.. Again the Truth is Simple. AI is doing what it was always meant to do for The Big players ...Replace the work that can be automated by any means and Reduce Cost.. Lots of people think it's obvious that humans learn by imitation, starting with babies imitating their parents. Richard Sutton thinks this is completely wrong. Sutton basically thinks direct imitation plays almost no role in animal learning, and at most a small role in human intelligence. When one animal ends up doing the same thing as another, he thinks this is the result of RL-style trial-and-error, not direct imitation. And if imitation isn't really a kind of learning, then training LLMs to imitate humans isn't really Bitter Lesson–pilled.

This completely flips the narrative that AI is killing jobs. At the end of the day, AI is a productivity tool.
