It is crazy to me that the interviewers never ask the most basic follow-up questions. If all of the natural talent is back home, why did he have to come here and assimilate into hip hop to make a name? They should have genres of their own popping off worldwide.

Here’s not really in context and saying a lotta truth in 2023. 1. Africa is a entire continent compared to a minute few in the USA. We can start there in a long list of reasons.

I could’ve sworn Akon had a song called locked up, another song saying he sold meth, and several others where he’s cosplaying black Americans. All his music sounds like ours.
