They’ve been given extremely exaggerated pictures of what can be accomplished with solar power. It’s not very much. They’re not profitable projects. They’re better than no energy system but not much better. For low voltage usage it’s ok. It can’t meet industrial demands

Solar is fine for recharging an iPhone or even running a small home, if you spend enough. On the other hand, running a whole electric grid, especially where it is snow covered for huge portions of the year, is impossible.

At $0.27/W, the #lowest priced solar panel in Amazon US is FutureSolar as per comparemarketplaces . com #amazon #solar #panel #ad

@ikwilson Not to mention that if you discharge billions of dollars worth of batteries and leave them in the freezing cold for a couple weeks, you're going to have to buy all brand new ones unless you spend money to keep them heated until they can be charged.

@ikwilson Battery efficiency in extreme cold is not good at all.

I love Danielle Smith. She tells it like it is.

She does her homework and is very smart and well spoken. I admire her.

❤️ Smith That’s my Premier

Outstanding answer - just facts and data - and battery powered ( electric ) cars are not economically feasible either

There is nothing Green about Green energy

Except the green cash it sucks into the "green" black hole.
