This woman is smoking crack. I hope she pays for the attorney fees out of her own pocket. People like this have no business on city council. Wasting money on frivolous lawsuits at the taxpayers expense to try and score political points is disgraceful. SB4 is the law of the land.

If you’ve watched Houston city council for any length of time you’ll recognize how remarkable of an exchange this is.

@salinasforhtx @GregAbbott_TX There is no constitutional issue. In order to receive grant funds, the city certified compliance with the terms on the grant. The ordinance violates the terms, so now the governor's office want s the money back.
