We gathered the facts, researched the law, and our course is clear: I directed our City Solicitor to file a lawsuit in Federal Court that would require the Federal government to return the President’s House panels to the City of Philadelphia. A public hearing will be held on Friday on our preliminary injunction request. We will keep you updated on progress with this lawsuit. You cannot erase our history.
