I warned Alberta separatists repeatedly the government would drag this referendum out for years. Meanwhile Mark Carney will grant citizenship to hundreds of thousands of new arrivals, who will vote to remain in Canada so they can bring their extended family over. The government will never let you leave Canada because you pay the bills.

Not only were Quebec separatists allowed to have 2 referendums, they want a 3rd referendum. I have not seen anyone Federally or Provincially suggest Quebecers must first get approval from the courts, or First Nations, to do so. We taxpayers fund the Bloc Quebecois, as they help Liberals pass laws to suppress the rest of our rights. Like Bill C-9. Danielle Smith has betrayed Canadians. If you believe Alberta should stay in Canada, or separate, you should have the same right to a referendum, like Quebec had. In a fair, just democracy, the rules don't change depending on which Province you live in.

Never once does Charlie mention the Quebec separatist movement. The BQ have been talking about having a referendum after the 2026 Provincial election since 2025. Never once does he call for the BQ to be expelled from Parliament, for promoting a sovereign Quebec, in the Canadian House of Commons. But you can be sure many Canadians will ignore this double standard.
