An Indian security guard who could barely speak English in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada threatens to assault a civilian with a baton. 🇨🇦 🔹 1. Illegal Weapon Under Canadian law, batons including collapsible or ASP types are prohibited weapons unless carried by law enforcement. Security guards are not peace officers and cannot legally carry or use one. 🔹 2. Ontario Law The Private Security and Investigative Services Act bans guards from carrying batons or any prohibited weapon. Every province follows the same rule. 🔹 3.
