This is deeply disturbing. A dispute over drive-thru service at a Davenport McDonald’s escalated when two customers allegedly threatened an employee, then entered the store and got into a physical altercation with him. NEW: California liquor store employee gets jumped by a mob of teens before pulling out a handgun, sending the wild mob scurrying. The incident happened outside of Golden Hours Liquor in Oakland, California. The employee got in a verbal spat with the thugs before he was jumped and assaulted. In an effort to save his life, the employee was able to make it inside the doorway of the store before he pulled out a gun which he pointed at the teens, sending them scurrying. GRIMSBY, ONTARIO - NIAGARA REGION - For the third time within about four months, Harmony Jewellers in Grimsby has been the target of robbers. But tactics used by the culprits seem to be escalating. Instead of using sledgehammers to smash the windows of the Main Street West business or walking in during store hours, those responsible this time drove a vehicle into the storefront. About 11:25 a.m. Thursday, Apr. 24 a black pickup truck crashed in reverse through the front window. Video of the scene taken seconds after the crash and sent to Niagara This Week appeared to show four masked males fleeing the store amid the blasting of the store’s alarm and shouts from people on the street. The robbers appeared to be carrying bags and at least one sledgehammer. A man could be heard on the video shouting “There they go!” as the males ran down a sidewalk and then across the street into a waiting white SUV-style vehicle. The video showed another man chasing the suspects and smashing the windshield and side windows of the getaway car before it pulled into traffic, made a U-turn and headed east on Main Street West at a high rate of speed. On Jan. 18, six people smashed the front entrance of the business with small sledgehammers, entered the store, broke into several display cases and snatched merchandise, police said. The suspects quickly left the store and fled in a truck, which was later recovered in Hamilton. On Feb. 15, three people, estimated to be aged 16 to 18, attempted to rob the jewelry store. At about 3 p.m., they entered the store wearing masks and carrying backpacks. Their suspicious activity prompted store employees to implement theft prevention measures. Police said the measures stopped the suspects from entering any further and they left the store with no items stolen.

🚨 BREAKING | FORT MYERS New video obtained by UCBN shows the moments leading up to a woman's death outside of a convenience store on MLK Jr. Blvd in Fort Myers, Florida. Officers responded to D & D Convenience store just after 7:00 AM Thursday morning after receiving reports of a battery. When they arrived, they found a deceased female with a significant head injury outside of the building. The video shows a black male striking the woman's vehicle several times with a hammer. The woman, who is a clerk at the store, then exits the store and attempts to confront the man. The man then approaches her and strikes her in the head with the hammer, causing her to fall to the ground. The man then strikes her six more times before walking away. On Friday, June 26, 2026, PCSO deputies arrested 12 adults and 3 juveniles who were stealing food and drinks at the Davenport Wawa located on Old Lake Wilson Road; all of the suspects have been staying in an AirBNB visiting Polk from other counties in Florida. A 16th suspect was arrested during the investigation for interfering with deputies while they were detaining the theft suspects. Store employees contacted the Sheriff's Office after observing the suspects walking around the store, concealing bottled drinks and some food within their clothes. You really can’t make this stuff up. A couple walked into a liquor store with their dog, and before anyone knew it, the dog peed all over several bottles of liquor. Instead of telling an employee or apologizing, the man simply walked out of the store with the dog. The woman paid for the liquor they were buying, and then they both left as if nothing had happened—without saying a word about the mess they left behind.

This employee got a call about a DoorDash order that was already delivered. The customer ordered a steak and cheese, a meatball, and a pepperoni and salami sandwich. When another employee made it, the store was out of steak and mayo so she just made another meatball sandwich without consulting with the customer first. The customer is upset and says that if they were out of steak then they should have called and let her know so she could get something else instead of having the decision made for her. The employee defended the other employee and claims they aren’t allowed to call the customer and that the situation was appropriate. When the customer gets mad she then tells her to come down to the store as if to provoke a confrontation. Was the customer wrong for ordering from a third party site that doesn’t show their inventory in real time or should the employee have let the door dasher know so they could call the customer?

Using out Air Support Unit helicopter, Air2, the vehicle was located in the City of Toronto where the suspects fled but were quickly taken into custody. The vehicle used by the suspects was confirmed to be stolen. Of the four suspects charged, Marlando MITCHELL, 24 of Brampton, and the two youths, were out on a combined 10 release orders at the time of the incident.
