Today on the last 5K, we have done it. 24.17 For me this means absolutely everything, it may not be some mad challenge but goals like this make running so beautiful. Very grateful to say we also set a PB on my mile (6.48) and 2 mile (14.36)- something months ago I didn’t think would be possible. Thank you for believing in me❤️
