If you think pre season is a joke then you have no idea how difficult it is for players to stay in shape and most of this training are connected to how the team wants to play during the season. This is what the first few days in the pre season looks like and medicals like blood test, flexibility check, mobility test, VO2Max test, and the heart test to see if the heart is healthy. My personal view on pre season test is that I hated the VO2Max test and if you are not fit enough the pass the test which usually last for just 15 minutes. When I was at Vitesse Arnhem and Red star Belgrade my medicals took 3days to be completed and it was the longest I ever had. If you don't take your off season trainings seriously you will be exposed on the first day of pre season test and you will be in trouble with the coach.

Indy will come back strong. McConnell and Halliburton are not blaming the refs. They know they have to play better and probably will. They are such a fast team. Skilled and actually fun to watch. It will be tough. We need OG healthy. The national media gives us no respect, in fact has antipathy towards us. Instead of telling the story of how this team has battled to second place in the conference after losing 3 starters most of the season and now, depleted and with a very small rotation, is winning against tough conference rivals and sending them home, they talk about how much they want us to lose and how we can’t last. But. We know. We know who we are. And what we do. And it’s undeniable. We have a special team. And that team is led by this person ⬇️. I like our chances.

This is a nice bit of insight from England's World Cup camp. At the top level of the game, this is how a player's physical performance data is visualised post-match and used to inform their recovery on MD+1. From what they eat to refuel, to the recovery protocols they choose from in terms of a selection menu: yoga and meditation, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, strength training in the gym, etc. And every player produces different datasets so recovery can be individualised. Not every team has the budget for this sort of thing, but the fundamentals are the same - how does your performance data inform what you do next, to prepare for the next training session or game.

A few friends I’ve met in the bitcoin community are thinking about leaving El Salvador after Bukele accepted a loan from the IMF. My wife and I moved here nearly 4 years ago and have absolutely fallen in love with the people. The food may be a little overpriced, the roads may have a bit too much trash in the ditches, the government isn’t perfect but we are staying. We are going to continue to build Casa Conejo in beautiful bitcoin mountain aka Los Naranjo’s because the air is cool, the views are spectacular, the soil produces abundant food and if you treat it right, you can live a healthy life. The country remains safe and THAT is the reason we are staying. No matter where you go in life you will find something that bothers you. We search for a bitcoin paradise but forget that heaven is not found inside of borders. It’s not accessible with any passport. No! Heaven is found within❤️💪🏻

There is only one reason to share truth. And no it has nothing to do with money- and everything to do about helping God move. Peace is the prize- a better world for everyone is the prize. We make SACRIFICES for things we want most in this world. Christ made the ultimate sacrifice If He can do that for us FREE of charge- we owe it to each other to work TOGETHER to make the world a better place- despite the toll and sacrifice. A level playing field- where we can all work hard and do our best to succeed- that is the payout. A better world for all We’re not here for just ourselves- otherwise the second commandment wouldn’t be like the first- love your neighbor as yourself. This world gets better the sooner we all wake up. Information is free- we collect and share it for free in hopes that it keeps spreading. Only working TOGETHER can we win. We are meant to move these messages for God so that humanity can wake up- this plan is designed that way- working together The Lord is ONE. We are bound as a family by Our Father in Heaven. We are apart of Him and He is apart of all of us. We are billions of little pieces of the Lords gift of life. We’ve been separated and pushed apart because it makes us weak. MORE TRAINING AREAS COMING TO VAL? The new Discord mini-game mentions something called "Radiant Gymnasium" The thing is this: "This is seriously impressive! You can build a routine AND then play against it. I've sent the specs over to Brimstone. I think something like this at HQ would go a long way in training and preparing for missions. We could probably share some of our training routines with the academy as well." So, Sage's statement that she really liked this and that she'll talk to Brimstone about adding it to the main HQ is, in my opinion, a clear teaser.

This decision is not about fairness. This is about cruelty dressed up as policy, targeting some of the most vulnerable kids in this country for being who they are. In Washington, we are saying no. We are organizing, we are building the No Hate in WA campaign, and we are going to keep protecting every kid's right to exist, to play, to belong. This fight is not over. We do not stop until every kid in this country is safe.
