As a deafened supporter of cricket, I accept that we need to include the 150,000 BSL users (Deaf), however will there be subtitles so that the 11 million hearing impaired people (deaf), can make sense of the speech?

“This generation of basketball players are by far the best” What you kids dont understand is just because players have more flashy moves and shoot better (because they PRACTICE these things much more than the past) DOESN’T mean they are better players. Players today MAY have more isolated “skill” but because this is the DUMBEST generation of players it cancels out their superior skill. This right here is a PERFECT example of this, Joel is one of the most “skilled” players in the NBA but because he lacks fundamentals and a true deep knowledge of the game he often makes elementary errors on the court. Whether that is his horrible shot selection or here guarding a point guard out of position full court which is a mistake a 2nd grade player makes! (🎥 Per Sources)

Memphis C Dain Dainja (Dain Dainja) tore up FAU in their blowout win, with FAU HC John Jakus calling Dainja “first team all-AAC” after the game. 22 PTS 11 REB 3 STL 4 BLK 8-13 FG I’m not sure if Dainja will end up on first team all-AAC, but I think he has earned it. Just a really valuable piece to this team, especially to their halfcourt offense.

Infants are the world’s most accomplished language learners. As the process unfolds, children pass through stages of progressively more complex “babbling” before they begin using conventional words. But babbling isn’t limited to spoken language. Deaf children and the children of deaf parents pass through similar stages as they approximate the use of sign language - which brings us to this video, shared to IG by oursignedworld. Watch how locked in this little guy is as he “speaks” with his deaf father, observing dad’s sign language and then “babbling” back with his arms and hands. In time he will become both an accomplished signer and speaker. What a lovely example of language acquisition in process.

''fednigamingnation'' played against multiple teams and every single one of them reached out to me to announce me that I'll be playing against a DMA stack and that all their protests lead to nothing. Why? Because they have a way to hide their DMAs from MOSS. Let's start with this clip of ''JJkm'' on Ubi or ''JJR6s'' on Challengermode that got clip on his stream ( I downloaded it because it will more than likely get delete, but him / teammates are admitting into having DMAs and using them and sharing them. We can also say that 4/5 of the players in this team have between 10 and 75 games played with a team of cheaters: M2K. A quick look on all their R6 tracker will show easily that they're comfortable playing with this type of players. Last thing, I doubt damian㋛ was actually joking when saying this guy is probably cheating (still the same JJ guy). If anyone here is able to help us, it would sincerely be able extremely appreciated. As a community, we need to step us to these players and make sure they are not welcome in our tourneys.

Once again when you’re rebuilding you need a mix of experienced and youngsters to create a balance, one reason why even though I’m against it giving Maguire an extra year was a good idea. Furthermore INEOS strategy was to sign youngsters or players U 25 players but this season they saw Tielemans as a market opportunity and decided to pounce, and create balance in the team. Hence why they will sign Page who can grow quickly into becoming a starter. Same strategy applies to Tynan Thompson, but our fans wants big name players all through while they know we we are in the rebuilding stage

Max Levchin explains why B-players hire C-players The co-founder of PayPal and Affirm reflects on the famous Steve Jobs insight that A-players hire A-players, and B-players hire C-players: “It’s profoundly true. But there should be an asterisk explaining why this is true. And the reason for this is fear.” A-players love working with other A-players because they know it will make them better. They want other A-players who challenge them and will tell them when their work isn’t good. Most B-players are net positive too, but as Max argues, some are fearful and will say: “If I have too many B-players or A-players around, I will look terrible and it’ll be very obvious that I’m just not that good. So the way to fix this is for me to become a manager and hire a bunch of people who aren’t very good at all so that I’ll look like the tallest mushroom.” Max continues: “That is the real danger of B-players. Having people who are perfectly willing to do good work day-in and day-out is not the worst thing in the world. There’s plenty of things that A-players will turn their nose from because it’s just not that challenging. B-players are very good for that [type of work]. And a lot of B-players will over time grind their way to being A-players, so you’re investing in their future and they know it, and that’s also positive. I know there will be a lot of people that say, "Let the kids play," but this is a disgrace. What happened to just competing & being the bigger man? This guy is definitely not a good role model at all for the youth. No wonder why he doesn't have a job in the MLB. 🤷🏼‍♂️
