But despite its large 6,300+ acre footprint, it doesn’t provide enough power for one large data center complex in Loudoun County. Loudoun County has more than 200 data centers, and Virginia has more than 600 data centers. More data centers are on the way.

In the budget, a tax holiday for data centers has been extended until 2047. This means that if a foreign company sets up a data center in India to provide foreign services, it will not have to pay any tax, almost for 20 years..."

In space, you can keep a satellite in the sun 24 hours a day. The sun is 30% more intense, which results in six times more irradiance than on Earth. So you don't need a battery. The cooling in these data centers is incredibly complicated. Space cooling is free. You just put a radiator on the dark side of the satellite. The only thing faster than a laser going through a fiber optic cable is a laser going through absolute vacuum. Link satellites with lasers, and you have a faster and more coherent network than any data center on Earth."

I think the Terafab is an example of a major fab project."
