Scientifically not correct. Human are omnivores. We have teeth to chew meat n gut to digest. Infact vegetarians are actually deficient of many nutrients like protein, iron, vitamin B12. We are vegetarians not coz we are meant to be but because of our compassion for other beings. Also a child will put anything in its mouth that doesn’t move and he can hold it.

All such deficiency myths were invented by Western meat industry to sell more meat , that's all. Western food science is the highest level fraud on humanity

I'm yet to see any vegetarian die because of deficiency of vitamins, proteins, minerals. All the elders in my family and related families who followed a disciplined vegetarian lifestyle are healthy, fit and fine even in their 90s.

dude must eat more protein He looks sick

This is a very good example of the "straw man fallacy" used by vegetarians to spread their propaganda. We do not present carnivorous animals as our argument for eating meat; instead, we refute the opposition claim that 🥩🍖 consumption is immoral or sinful..N/1

As a vegetarian …. I dont care what you eat . Plz extend the same courtesy to me . My mom is 80 and healthy ( touch wood ) . So plz dont lecture me on protein , amino acid , B12 deficiencies .

I am a Bengali and I very much like my mutton kosha and chicken jhol with aloo... Kolkata biryani... to add, fish is a part of our being... Also, I do all my nityo puja... and celebrate Maa Durga, and Maa Kali... to each their own... don't generalise.

I respect the vegetarians but it's not correct argument both for lion lady and bald dude.. We have evolutionary signs that's clearly says we are omnivores, vegetables don't have enough to support whole body functions but cooked meat contains enough, plus world is food cycle

If we go by nature's way, raw foods that your body can easily digest are best for you. Considering the human lifestyle today, it would be best to eat according to your metabolism, the amount of physical activity and its effects on your both body and mind.

No offence but vegetarian people physical looked do feel something is off.
