She knows neither what "toady" means nor how to spell it but she used the word to accuse vaguely a U.S. military officer of some sort of light treason? Strange.

Some people lie as effortlessly as they breathe.

"im pretty sure I read a corporate journalist making this claim somewhere based off anonymous sources" is what she meant to say

Best example of keep asking people questions and make them explain themselves ... self-immolation. disqualifying for a journalist and someone expected to be serious about news.

She seems so shocked that Rogan would press her to explain why Tulsi is an “Assad toady”

This is disappointing from @bariweiss. Many people call themselves journalists but are actually just partisan hacks. I thought she was better.

"Am I crazy?" she asks at the end. Yes, yes you are.

@ggreenwald How can they be so confidently unconfident? Shoot off your mouth with such authority. And follow it up with “well I think that’s what it said” 👍🏼👍🏼

I was seriously waiting for the guy off camera to say “Toadies are an American rock band formed in 1989 in Fort Worth, Texas, best known for their hit song ‘Possum Kingdom.’”

Wow. This is an eye-opener. Starting with the lack of being able to define a word she was blithely tossing about to unsubstantiated claims. I had heard nice things about her.
