Jason is such an insufferable douche. Spencer spends a bunch of time articulating the nuance around the LA elections, and the result is binary yes or no 'gotcha' questions.

It's hard to watch/listen to this podcast whenever Jason decides to talk.

. @SteveHiltonx Where is that 10 new Cali cities proposal you mentioned? I don't see it on X or your site. You should really expand on that and your sites proposition to : "Young families are locked out because California made it too hard and too expensive to build homes people can actually afford. Steve will cut the red tape and clear the way for more starter homes." This will appeal to every young person desperate to start a family and a life there and should net a lot of Democratic votes. Talking about corruption is one thing, but the core of most people's needs is tied to an absolutely crushing unaffordable cost of living in Cali, and creating new towns and getting builders in and building fast will give people hope. Focus your end game campaign on that. Focusing on individual cases isn't as effective as presenting solutions to systematic problems, the greatest of which is a leak of home ownership among young people. You could target and harvest all those 40s and under ppl who don't own property in Cali and want to. That could bridge the gap.
