Maharashtra: The GST Capital of India! Attended the 9th GST Day Celebrations 2026 in Mumbai, today. Nine Remarkable Years of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) mark a transformative milestone in India's economic journey. Introduced under the leadership of Hon PM Narendra Modi Ji through the vision of 'One Nation, One Tax', GST marked a historic turning point in India's tax reforms. The invaluable contribution of the late Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley ji in shaping this landmark reform will always be remembered. Another moment in this transformational journey has been the establishment of the GST Council, one of the most significant pillars of the GST framework and a true example of cooperative federalism, where the Centre and the States collectively take consensus-based decisions. Maharashtra has consistently remained at the forefront of GST implementation and has emerged as the GST Capital of India. Maharashtra continues to register unprecedented growth in GST collections. During the last financial year, the State received nearly ₹1.87 lakh crore as its GST share. Maharashtra remains the highest GST-contributing State in the country, with GST collections exceeding the combined collections of Karnataka and Gujarat, the States ranked second and third. GST 2.0 is a bold and significant step wherein structural changes and rationalisation of tax slabs have benefited businesses by simplifying compliance and creating greater opportunities for growth. Continuous efforts are being made to further improve the Ease of Doing Business through ongoing reforms and simplification measures. Congratulated various tax payers and officers who received awards today in recognition of their dedication and contribution in the field of taxation and conveyed best wishes for their continued service to the nation. Minister of State Adv. Ashish Jaiswal, Mayor of Mumbai Ritutai Tawde and senior officials were present on the occasion. Adv.Ashish jaiswal Ritu Tawde #Maharashtra #GSTDay

Infrastructure, Investment, and Water Conservation – Maharashtra on the Rise!✨ It was an overwhelming moment to be at 'TiEcon Mumbai 2025: India’s Leading Entrepreneurial Leadership Summit' in Mumbai, today. Humbled to receive the 'TiE Mumbai Hall of Fame' award at the hands of the legendary, Infosys founder Narayana Murthy ji. This award is a proud recognition of the governance model we embarked on in 2014 under the visionary leadership of our Hon PM Narendra Modi Ji. Receiving this award today is not just an honour but a realization that our efforts are making a real difference and that we are on the right path together. All these transformative infrastructure projects in Maharashtra, especially in Mumbai and MMR—be it the Coastal Road, Atal Setu, Metro Network, or the Vadhavan Project—have become a reality because of our governance, which turned aspirations into achievements. Every project has been backed by thorough study and dedicated efforts, and under the visionary leadership of Hon PM Narendra Modi Ji, we have worked relentlessly to make them happen. Today, these ongoing projects are set to boost the State’s growth significantly. The 4th Mumbai will be created in the area of Vadhavan which will emerge as a dynamic new city, driving massive GDP growth and creating a thriving business ecosystem. In just 5 years, we planned and initiated 372 Km of metro, out of which 150 Km is now delivered. With each passing year, we will continue expanding and delivering more, ensuring a stronger and more connected Maharashtra. Being recognized for water conservation is a significant achievement. In 2014, 14 schemes were executed by 6 different departments. We streamlined them into one scheme, one leader, and one department, launching the ambitious 'Jalyukt Shivar' initiative. Our goal was to make 25,000 villages drought-free, and the Marathwada region saw a significant rise in water levels. In the 2020 Government of India's Groundwater Report, Maharashtra was the only state to show improvement compared to others. This award also recognizes investments, and once again, Maharashtra has become the top destination for FDI. This year, we have broken all previous records—surpassing our own ₹31,000 crore investment milestone from 2016-17. In just 9 months, we have secured ₹1.39 lakh crore in investments, with 50% of the country's FDI flowing into Maharashtra. Today, Maharashtra stands as the new startup capital of India. We are dedicated to reviving Mumbai’s glory and propelling Maharashtra to unmatched greatness! On this occasion, the Founding President of TiE Mumbai Harish Mehta, Uday Mohan, TiE Mumbai President Ranu Vohra and other dignitaries were present. 5 Foreign Universities in Maharashtra 🎓 Delighted to be a part of 'LOI Granting Ceremony of 5 foreign universities to establish campuses in Maharashtra' at the ‘Mumbai Rising – Creating an International Education City’ project along with Hon Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan ji in Mumbai. While addressing, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the entire global community for standing in solidarity with India and the families who lost their loved ones in the tragic Ahmedabad plane crash. Gratitude towards Hon PM Narendra Modi Ji for his visionary leadership in bringing forth India’s New Education Policy. For years, there has been talk of bringing world-class universities to India offering world-class education not just to Indian students, but also to learners from across the globe. Today, we are finally witnessing that vision come to life. This moment has been made possible by the unwavering leadership of Hon PM Narendra Modi Ji and Hon Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan ji, who have led this transformation from the front. In a remarkable display of commitment and efficiency, Letters of Intent (LOIs) have been handed over to 5 globally esteemed universities. Special appreciation to the University Grants Commission (UGC), which made this milestone possible in record time of just 1 month. It was really great to extend warm welcome to all 5 esteemed universities to Maharashtra—and to the vibrant city of Mumbai. Their presence adds immense value to the city’s growing stature as a global hub for education and innovation. The idea of creating a world-class Educity took shape when the NEP opened doors for global universities to enter India. We’ve always envisioned Maharashtra and especially Mumbai as a global education hub. I appreciate CIDCO, the Urban Development Dept for swiftly identifying a prime, well-connected location—close to Navi Mumbai Airport and linked to South Mumbai via Atal Setu in under less then 30 minutes. This Educity will be a true extension of South Mumbai, right in New Mumbai’s heart. Apart from Educity, plans are underway for a MediCity and Sports City. Another upcoming project yet to be officially announced is the Innovation City, a first-of-its-kind hub designed to house the entire innovation ecosystem. It will foster next-gen technology and research. The proximity of leading universities around this zone will create a vibrant, self-sustaining ecosystem for innovation and growth. The presence of these 5 world-class universities in Maharashtra will mark a major step toward making top-tier education accessible and affordable for both Indian and global students. It ensures that deserving students regardless of background or resources can pursue their dreams without barriers. No dream should be left behind for lack of access and this ecosystem makes sure of that. And we’re not stopping at just 5 global universities. Our vision is to build one of the largest ecosystems of foreign universities in India—right here in Navi Mumbai. With this initiative, we’re unlocking potential, empowering dreams, and shaping the future. India is no longer a consumer of global education, but a co-creator of the global future. **Let's Unite and Work Together for Successful OM!** Happy Sunday, dear global pioneers! How are you doing? I am here again to have video with you. I count the day to OM. How about you? 😊 I just recorded an informative 8-minute video addressing several important matters concerning our community and the future of the Pi Network and OM. The following is my speech summary. 1. First, I want to discuss our upcoming OM event date, which I believe will take place on Pi Day, celebrating the sixth birthday of the Pi Network. This date is particularly significant due to the symbolism of the numbers 314, derived from Pi, and GCV, which corresponds to a value of $314,159. Both of these numbers carry positive energy that I am confident will lead to prosperity and success for all of us involved in this project. 2.Regarding the GitHub code for Pi as stablecoin, it’s essential to clarify that the Pi value of $314.159 is not an arbitrary figure chosen by Mr. Kasasih; it is a value established through our blockchain records. This figure reflects the collective efforts of the global GCV community, which includes merchants, pioneers, community leaders, and GCV ambassadors who have dedicated over two years of hard work to compile an astounding 5 million data entries for GCV. 3. It is not important whether Mr. Kasasih is a member of the CT because the GCV exists as a concrete record on the blockchain. Regardless of who writes the code, the GCV value remains steadfast at $314.159. I also want to reiterate that I indicated GCV had emerged victorious during last year’s Pi2day celebration. Mr. Kasasih's coding skills are highly professional and valuable, and it’s quite likely that the CT will leverage this expertise in future developments. Who knows? 4.Furthermore, it is essential to emphasize that I don't have affiliation with the CT . The Pi value GCV lies in its origin from the pioneers rather than the Core Team. Dr. Nicolas has authorized the pioneers as the true creators of the Pi value, making it unnecessary to seek approval from the CT. When the CT decides to move forward to OM, it represents they satisfy with our GCV vision and mission are align with white paper vision and mission. This important progress will likely bring joy and pride to the pioneers, as it highlights our collective achievements. 5. As we look ahead, I believe we only have 54 days remaining before significant changes occur. I urge all anti-GCV pioneers to take a moment to reflect on the implications of this project. GCV will provide you with financial freedom, so it is not smart to oppose such an opportunity. And if pioneers involve in blackmarket will lose all account Pi. To maintain our focus on positive progress, we have made the decision to block and unfollow all individuals who express anti-GCV emotion. Our commitment is to concentrate on our shared objectives for Pi Network success and disregard negative remarks. 6. So, what should pioneers do during the last 54 days? First and foremost, I encourage everyone to focus on the Pioneers Handbook. Joining the International Telegram GCV Group is also vital, as it provides access to Pioneers Handbook available in 30 different languages. Engaging with this resource will help alleviate any uncertainties and anxieties you may have and foster a sense of happiness and relaxation. Remember, excessive worry can adversely affect your health. All worries and doubts will be totally go away after you carefully read five times. 7.Additionally, I encourage all pioneers to actively share information and articles related to GCV activities to help others stay informed and catch up. If you operate a business, please consider joining the GCV movement by accepting partial Pi payments at GCV, as this will promote wider participation within our ecosystem. 8. As we approach the OM launch, which is only 54 days away, it is crucial that we focus on building a robust ecosystem rather than fixating solely on a select few pioneers acquiring high-value commodities through full Pi payments. Our priority should be to expand GCV data and attract a wide range of industries to participate in the Pi Network at GCV. Notably, even a 10% Pi payment can generate one GCV data entry, while full Pi payments may discourage potential merchants from joining the Pi Network. By broadening more merchants, we can lay a solid foundation for our ecosystem, ensuring that GCV remains stable and reliable. This strategy will also facilitate quicker KYC and migration processes for all pioneers following the OM, as we will have established an extensive and trustworthy ecosystem. After the OM, we will successfully implement full Pi payments, allowing all pioneers to benefit from using full Pi for a wide array of products and services. Therefore, we should maintain a long-term vision. I sincerely hope all pioneers enjoy your Sunday, and I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support of our collective journey. Together, we can achieve great things! 🙏🙏🙏 Doris Yin 🪷🪷🪷 Jan.19th, 2025

This is the punchline of the Shawn Ryan video today and it is 100% Flynn Network. No accident at all that Flynn staged a completely phony argument with Ryan on X. It was straight up fake, cover for what they both knew was coming. His guest works for Doc Chambers and is straight up Flynn Network. He was directly involved in a bogus story, spread only by Ann Vandersteel and Lara Logan and the rest of the Flynn podcasters network, about heat seeking missiles coming across the border to target Trump Force One. That was September. I wrote yesterday about these narratives and how it is a strange series of coincidences that: 1. Both the NOLA terrorist (was really motivated by Islam? I personally doubt it.) and the cybertruck guy spent time at Ft. Bragg and under McChrystal. 2. Both rented their vehicles through the same obscure app. 3. The 2nd attempted golf course assass*n went to Ft. Bragg over 100 times. 4. The alleged 3rd attempted assass*n, Vem Miller, who I personally do not believe wanted to commit violence but was certainly looking for trouble, is besties with Flynn's top lieutenant, Ivan Raiklin. They also just filmed an interview with Cliven Bundy where Raiklin was itching to recreate another Bundy-type armed conflict with the feds. 5. Flynn repeatedly talked assass!nation before July 13. 6. Flynn spent the last 3 years running a "contingency campaign" for president, was positioned to be able to take over the national Republican convention in the absence of Trump. 7. Flynn has created a network of NPC podcasters that parrot his narratives just like we have seen with the MSM. 8. Flynn's media network was full on It's All Rigged So What's The Point narratives leading up to the general election as Trump was working on building a campaign of hope and being Too Big To Rig. 9. After the election the Flynn Network has been focused on 3 sets of narratives: 1. promoting hatred of Trump in subtle and overt ways 2. A massive wave of terrorism is coming (Flynn himself said 30 days before Jan 20 that we had 30 days to Armageddon). 3. All government is hopelessly corrupt so get ready to take the law into your own hands, starting in your local community. Could it be another coincidence that Shawn Ryan and Flynn had a completely fake public spat yesterday before Ryan overtly uses this high profile interview to push Flynn narratives of It'll Be a Very Bloody 2025 So Get Ready to Get Angry And Involved Locally? Could it be another coincidence that the guy that he interviews works for Flynn Network's Doc Chambers? Could it be another coincidence that the whole Flynn Network is mobilized promoting this interview as absolute truth? Think for yourself. Reject the PSYOPs. Don't let them manipulate you into anger and fear. Think about this: even though every single Dem in the House showed up today, the Republicans came together to elect Trump's endorsed Mike Johnson as Speaker, ensuring that the J6 certification will not be delayed. Think also about this: Saturday, the Republicans will all meet for a camp retreat to unify and strategize on how to get crap done this year. Think about this: in two weeks, Lord willing, Trump will be inaugurated, setting the tone for what will hopefully be a great presidency. And think about your family, your community, your job or business - and how you can make things a little better for the people around you this year. This is how we can make America great again. Let's do it.

The South African Immigration Crisis And How It Can Fixed With A Long Term Solution The political and economic chaos in neighbouring countries around South Africa benefits businesses and opportunistic politicians in South Africa. That is why business doesn’t condemn the abuse of human rights, rigging of elections and corrupt rule in countries like Zimbabwe, it is not in their best interest to do so because they benefit from the outcomes of failed rule in Zimbabwe. How does this work? Zimbabwe’s unemployment rate is 95%, it has the highest inflation in the world (1266% per year), hospitals have collapsed, and it is hell on earth without any social welfare system due to the continued looting of public funds by the Zimbabwean tyrant and his goons. This pushes desperate and unemployed Zimbabweans to cross the border into South Africa to find a job, healthcare, and a better life. When they cross over into South Africa, either legally or illegally, and overstay, they become vulnerable to local businesses which offer them employment paying very low wages, they take the jobs because they are desperate to survive. Businesses or farm owners in Limpopo or on wine farms in Cape Town badly underpay them, knowing they have no recourse to the law because they are illegal, something that they cannot do to a South African citizen who is protected by the law. As this happens, wages drop because cheap labour is now available, and it is not unionised so they cannot fight for any rights to fair wages. These Zimbabweans, and Africans in general, will take anything to survive and see another day, they have families to feed back in their countries of origin. This disempowers the South African worker, who cannot negotiate for higher wages because that power has been eroded and taken away by the availability of cheap labour. Businesses, in turn, tell the locals to go hang if they try to negotiate for a living wage because they have cheap labour readily available, the illegal immigrant needs the job. The locals (South Africans) get angry and fight these illegal immigrants in their communities, leading to the emergence of vigilante groups and peripheral opportunistic political actors who exploit this to gain votes from locals who feel stifled and desperate in their own country. Cosmetic, choreographed police and immigration raids are carried out to appease the restive poor and unemployed South Africans. These illegal immigrants are deported on a Monday, and by Friday, they are back. This is known as the revolving door. The border officials are so corrupt that they facilitate this revolving door because they profit from it, so you cannot currently use immigration control to deal with this on land borders where people come by road. Some illegal immigrants do not even leave South Africa because the police who arrest them will also accept bribes. In this heated emotional debate in South Africa, no real solutions are proposed because opportunistic politicians simply shout “ABAHAMBE,” get some votes and repeat the same to remain relevant in public discourse. It is funny how it is so easy to appease voters with such empty slogans that do not bring any tangible solutions, but the desperate voter is fickle, they fall for anything. What these politicians do not say, or choose to ignore, is that when these illegals go, they will return the next day. It is an inconvenient conversation for politicians because it undermines their ability to mobilise votes. The root cause of this immigration crisis lies in Zimbabwean and African politics driven by corrupt rule, the abuse of human rights, and rigged elections. President Cyril Ramaphosa and his ruling ANC political party publicly support the authors of this crisis in Zimbabwe, so the root cause cannot be addressed at the source now until South Africans have an honest family conversation to deal with this once and for all. Unemployed Zimbabweans feel that the ANC and its government have a moral obligation to let them come because they are supporting corrupt rule in Zimbabwe, and they are doing so publicly. This is compounded by the cowardice of Zimbabweans and the dearth of any meaningful opposition leadership in that country. Yet we have a serios crisis. So, what do we do about it to resolve the illegal immigration nightmare in South Africa, which is driving wages down and enriching businesses and the political class? Someone must put meaningful proposals on the table because this has been with us for decades, and it remains unresolved. These proposals should not be rooted in emotional discourse, but practical realities that confront South Africa. This crisis can’t be resolved through political rhetoric or “Abahambe” or any empty Pan-African slogans which ignore the ongoing realities. Real leaders provide practical solutions and don’t do it for social media retweets or likes, but for solid and long term resolutions that that will fix the crisis. We know that wages are being pushed down for South Africans due to the availability of cheap labour from illegal immigrants, and that these illegal immigrants cannot demand better wages because they cannot approach the authorities or unionise, given their illegal immigration status. The only way out, to help local South African workers who refuse to work for a pittance in restaurants, and rightly so, is to legalise those already in South Africa, so that the authorities know who they are. You implement regulations ensuring that these workers can be employed and pay taxes, but also make sure that jobs must be offered to South Africans first, they do that in Zimbabwe with the little jobs available, and that is a standard practice the world over. Where no South African is willing to take up the job, it can be offered to a documented migrant, who will be paying taxes. It will now be easier to negotiate for better wages because all workers local and migrant will now be unionised, something that big business and the political class privately do not want because it takes away the power to undermine wage negotiations and to campaign for votes respectively. Wages will rise for South African workers because everyone will then be able to negotiate for a better wage without fear of being deported. Any company caught employing illegal immigrants will be shut down immediately using laws created to deal with this problem of greedy business owners taking advantage of illegal immigration, with all the money in its bank accounts seized by the State. This will stop the employment of anyone illegal and undocumented and will provide cover for those given an amnesty for documentation. I want to make this clear, South Africans will never be able to negotiate for a living wage if there are illegal immigrants, politicians will lie to the citizens but this is the unpalatable truth. Once this is resolved, opportunistic politicians will then focus on service delivery rather than gaslighting poor South Africans with “Abahambe,” knowing that when the illegals go, they will return tomorrow morning. When illegal immigrants are documented and have bank accounts, they will begin to pay taxes and can also become entrepreneurial, creating businesses that will employ more South Africans and contribute to economic growth of South Africa. Documenting illegals and gathering their biometric data will also reduce crime because undocumented immigrants can commit crimes and evade detection, as the South African state currently does not know who they are or where they live. When they work legally or open small businesses, they will contribute to the South African fiscus, which will fund the public hospitals they use and the schools their children attend. The revolving door applies to Africans who need visas too, they are deported to Nigeria, they acquire a new identity, fly to Zimbabwe and come to South Africa by road where they pay border officials a bribe and get it in. Zimbabwe is no longer a foreign policy issue only for the South African government, it is a domestic issue as well because of illegal immigration that has brought many Zimbabweans into South Africa. It is not their fault, they are also victims of a corrupt government and each time they try to vote out the regime in Harare, the ANC publicly support rigged elections and give diplomatic cover to the Zimbabwean tyrant Emmerson Mnangagwa. Refusing to document illegals hoping that deportations will solve the problem demonstrates incompetence and ignorance to how illegal immigration works. It will continue to perpetuate low wages for South Africans and those that shout “Abahambe” know this very well. Documentation will make it easy because these migrants will see it in their best interest to unionise and fight for a better wage. You set laws that everyone covered by this amnesty cannot apply for South African citizenship as they do in the United Arab Emirates because this should only be done to clear a long running problem to help deal with border control properly without losing focus because of those already in South Africa. Ministers cannot continue to pretend to be activists when they now sit on the cabinet table, if nothing changes during the five years they are in power, they would have failed, they cannot shout “Abahambe” again in 2029. Business cannot continue to benefit from the misery of poor Zimbabweans because of the refusal to document them, it is the South African citizen that will suffer more, deportation has failed to solve this problem. It is time for strong and reflective leadership that makes tough but sustainable decisions that have a long-term ability to resolve this issue. South Africans will have another opportunity to send a strong message in 2026, they should use it and not make the politicians continue to use this dysfunctionality continue at the expense of the South African citizen and the desperate undocumented immigrants. It is easy to control the border when you have cleaned up the existing problem in the country first, it requires men and women in leadership with a spine. If you want to discuss any issues arising from this article you can e-mail me at [email protected]

Hard Hats for Soft Hearts For the last several years, I’ve been on a bit of a philanthropic kick. Rick Steves' Europe takes more than 30,000 people on guided tours of Europe every year, and with no stockholders in the company (other than me), I make lots of money. I’ve long passed the point where consuming more makes me happier — and rather than finding non-productive ways to blow this money on myself, I’ve become an entrepreneurial small-time philanthropist who delights in what I like to call “vicarious consumption.” (Yes, getting joy out of other people consuming my extra money.) In a society as affluent as ours with so many seniors, youth, and struggling people who can’t find or afford help, I like to “consume” by investing in things that make my community stronger, more stable, and healthier — it’s my way of “being wealthy”…and I consider this a political act. My travels in Europe have taught me that a truly great society collectively helps each other through progressive taxation and a caring government. But, with our current president, that just isn’t the way things work in the US. (I’ll be getting an obscene tax cut thanks to our president’s loyalty to the 1% at the expense of the 99%…just wait to see how — as a political statement against such regressive taxation — I’ll be “taxing myself” at an appropriate level…and putting it to good use.) About 25 years ago, I purchased some land adjacent to my church, and I was determined to find a smart way for us to put it to good use. Since then, I’ve given that land to my church, and we’ve partnered with Volunteers of America Western Washington to build a vibrant new hub of multigenerational and multicultural services that will serve thousands of people in our region — all powered by $5 million in seed money from me to help make it happen. And now, thanks to caring citizens, forward-thinking civic leaders, and generous grants from local foundations, corporations, and government programs, this $25M project is 95% paid for, and a 40,000-square-foot, LEED Gold Certified building is nearly built. This November, the Lynnwood Neighborhood Center will open its doors. Inside, our neighbors will find preschool classrooms, a Boys and Girls Club, a teen room, a multipurpose gym, adult day care for seniors with memory issues, medical and dental clinics, a behavioral health center, a teaching kitchen and café, housing and employment support, a tech center, low-cost meeting and event spaces for struggling nonprofits, and a multigenerational “piazza” where we can all come together as a community. “Vicarious consumption?” Yes, what a fun, gratifying — and these days, almost subversive — way to be wealthy. I’m so happy to help create this community hub, which is destined to give our community’s love traction long after those of us who built it are gone. While I may be the public face of this project, it couldn’t have happened without my 100 mission-driven colleagues at Rick Steves’ Europe — and travelers like you who enjoy our tours and guidebooks. I recently gave my staff a tour of the construction site, and thanks to this five-minute video, you can put on your own virtual hard hat and come along. QUESTION: What is the relationship between section 91(2)—the term limit provision—and section 95(2)—the term length provision in the Constitution of Zimbabwe (2013)? ANSWER: Section 91(2) is the term-limit provision. It regulates the President’s tenure by limiting the length of time that he or she may hold or occupy the Presidency as a public officer to a maximum of two terms—whether consecutive or not—where three or more years’ service is deemed a full term. By contrast, section 95(2) is the term-length provision. It regulates the electoral cycle of the Presidency as an office or institution by defining a single term as five years (now proposed to be seven years under Clause 4 of the Constitution of Zimbabwe (Amendment No. 3) H.B. 1 Bill, 2026). The relationship between sections 91(2) and 95(2) is therefore as clear and straightforward as that between a truck driver and a 500 km highway: section 91(2) limits the driver, while section 95(2) defines the length of the highway. Section 91(2) caps the time any individual may occupy the Presidency; section 95(2) sets the institutional length or duration of each presidential term or electoral cycle. This distinction matters because a persistent misconception claims that section 91(2) is not the presidential term-limit provision but merely a qualification rule for election as President, asserts that section 95(2) is the actual term-limit clause. Many who advance this incorrect view rely on one sentence in the obiter dictum by Patel JCC at paragraph 50 of the precedent-setting judgment in Marx Mupungu v Minister of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs & 6 Ors (CCZ 7/21, 2021) [see: which includes section 95(2) among examples of term-limit provisions. That misconception overlooks a fundamental constitutional imperative: a presidential term-limit provision is, by definition, a disqualifier for election as President. Term limits on presidents are necessarily about elections. They limit qualification for election. Where there is no presidential term limit, re-election is unlimited. In a recent discussion with D. Tinashé Hofisi on 23 April 2026 [ on the Constitution of Zimbabwe (Amendment No. 3) Bill hosted by The Southern African Times, I explained the relationship between the two sections. Below is the verbatim text of the attached clip extracted from the discussion addressing the import of section 91(2) and its relationship with section 95(2): ME: “It’s a clear term limit provision; is similar to term limit provisions in other jurisdictions that are comparable to Zimbabwe. And when you say it doesn’t have time, it doesn’t make reference to time, I’m at a loss as to what that means, and where that is coming from, with respect to Dr Hofisi, because it says a person is disqualified for election as President or appointment as Vice President if he or she has already held office as President under this constitution for two terms. This is the only section which tells us how many terms a President is limited to. Section 95 doesn’t even tell us that he’s limited to one term. There’s no limit. This one limits the President to two terms. And the two terms, the last time I checked, was a reference to time. And in this case, the section doesn’t leave us doubting or not knowing what a term is or what sort of time a term is. Because it continues to say these two terms are counted whether they follow each other or not. But most significantly, for the purpose of the limit on the President, the term limit on the President, which is provided in this section: three or more years. That’s time. You said there’s no time here. Three years is time. The length of time is three years minimum, and the maximum is more. It’s not defined here. It’s three or more years. It’s more because that is subject to what the relevant law about electoral cycles says is the electoral cycle of the institution that the President occupies”. [verbatim text of clip from The 500 km Highway Metaphor: Distinguishing Sections 91(2) and 95(2) of the Constitution To clearly understand the relationship between sections 91(2) and 95(2), imagine the Presidency as a magnificent 500-kilometre highway built and maintained by section 95(2) of the Constitution. This provision creates the presidential highway itself: it defines the office of the President as a permanent public institution and sets the exact length of each single term — currently five years, now proposed under the Bill to be seven years. It establishes a structured, recurring electoral cycle that belongs to the people of Zimbabwe, ensuring regular, orderly renewal of leadership. Without section 95(2), there would be no defined road — only an open plain of indefinite power. Section 91(2) governs the individual truck driver on that highway. It imposes an absolute lifetime limit: no person may complete more than two full trips along this 500 km highway, whether those trips are taken back-to-back or years apart. Any segment of 300 kilometres or more — that is, three or more years in office — counts as one complete trip. There are no partial credits or exceptions. After two full trips, the driver is permanently disqualified from driving on that highway, again. The distinction is sharp and deliberate: Section 95(2) builds the highway and determines the length of each journey. Section 91(2) limits how many times any single individual is permitted to travel it. One structures the office; the other limits the person who occupies it. Together, they form the Constitution’s twin safeguards — working in perfect harmony to keep power temporary, accountable, and subordinate to the will of the people. To conflate their distinct roles is to weaken these vital safeguards and to invite the very tyranny the Constitution was written to prevent. The Profound and Protective Meaning of “Three or More Years” in Section 91(2) of the Constitution At the heart of section 91(2) lies one of the Constitution’s most brilliant safeguards: “for the purpose of this subsection, three or more years’ service is deemed to be a full term.” The word “more” is no mere drafting flourish—it is deliberate constitutional genius. It declares that section 91(2), as the personal lifetime term-limit provision, imposes no rigid numerical ceiling. Subject to what is reasonable and justifiable in a constitutional democracy under section 95(2), service of four years, five years, six years, seven years, or even longer—once it exceeds the three-year threshold—is unequivocally deemed a complete term for the purpose of lifetime disqualification. This flexibility is not a loophole; it is a wise design that refuses to let the term-limit clause under section 91(2) become brittle or easily evaded. This open-ended “more” is anchored in section 91(2)’s harmonious relationship with section 95(2)(b), which defines the official electoral cycle of the Presidency as a permanent public institution whose five-year lifespan is inextricably intertwined with that of Parliament. Section 91(2) places an iron-clad personal disqualification on the individual; section 95(2) defines the dimensions of the highway itself. Crucially, section 95(2) is not a term-limit provision under subsections (1) and (7) of section 328. Unlike the referendum-protected personal term limit in section 91(2), it may be amended by Parliament under section 328(5) without a national referendum. This distinction is no accident; it is constitutional wisdom. It allows the institutional framework of the Presidency to evolve with the nation’s needs while the unbreakable personal lifetime bar on any single individual remains forever sacrosanct. All told, sections 91(2) and 95(2) differ in character and purpose—one limits the President, the other structures the public office or institution of the Presidency—yet they stand together as the Constitution’s twin guardians. This elegant complementarity keeps presidential power temporary, accountable, and forever subordinate to the sovereign will of the people through the institution or office of the Presidency. To respect and defend this relationship is to honour the very soul of the Constitution: ensuring that no individual can ever turn the highway into their driveway—turning the public office into a personal fiefdom—and that the highway of governance remains open, regularly renewed, and eternally in faithful service to the people of Zimbabwe. This is the promise the Constitution makes!

🚨BREAKING🚨: Gary McKinnon, the man behind the most sensitive and largest military hack in U.S. history, sat down for the first time in years and described seeing a cigar-shaped UFO hovering above Earth in a NASA database attached to Johnson Space Center. This corroborates the testimony of former NASA employee Donna Hare who claimed she saw a photograph of a UFO in the exact building McKinnon scanned. McKinnon also discovered a spreadsheet titled "Non-Terrestrial Officers" listing roughly 40 names and ship-to-ship transfers of exotic materials. He was promptly persecuted by American authorities, threatened with extradition along with 70 years in prison and remains on the Interpol Red List to this day. For the first time in decades, Gary reveals what he really thinks NASA’s “secret space fleet” was: a supply chain for highly useful, thinly-layered metamaterials that require a low-gravity space environment for fabrication. He also opens up about being implanted with a “tracking” chip in the middle of the night a few years after the hack. Gary McKinnon hacked into 97 U.S. military and government sites in early 2000 from his girlfriend's aunt's flat in London. NSA at Fort Meade. DISA. Army, Navy, Air Force networks. NASA. All accessed with a Perl script scanning for blank passwords on a 56K dial-up connection while smoking weed in a dressing gown at 4 AM. He was not a professional hacker. He was a guy from Falkirk, Scotland, who grew up near Bonnybridge, one of the UK's most active UFO hotspots, who had read the Disclosure Project book and wanted to know for himself. What he found inside those systems, and what the U.S. government did to him for finding it, is one of the most consequential stories in modern UFO history. 1. Cigar-Shaped UFO Hovering Above Earth Inside Building 8 at Johnson Space Center, McKinnon found a machine with two folders on a bare desktop: "Raw" and "Processed." On his 56K connection the file loaded line by line. First blackness. Then a hemisphere. Blue and white. Earth. Then a straight silvery line. A smooth, cylindrical, cigar-shaped object with no seams, no rivets, no sensors. Far beyond low Earth orbit. Then the mouse moved on its own. Someone at the other end right-clicked the network icon and disconnected him. He never saw the full image. 2. "Non-Terrestrial Officers" Spreadsheet On what he believes was a Navy system, McKinnon found a spreadsheet titled "Non-Terrestrial Officers." One tab listed roughly 30-40 names. Another listed ship names that matched no known U.S. Navy vessel. A third recorded fleet-to-fleet transfers of materials: molybdenum, barium, strontium. He downloaded it. When he was arrested, all his data was seized by the Office of Naval Intelligence. He has tried for years to get his hard drives back. ONI says the investigation is ongoing. 3. Space Supply Chain, Not “Alien Officers” McKinnon never found the secret space program known as Solar Warden. That term came from an anonymous forum post after his case went public. What the spreadsheet describes is logistics. Ship names. Personnel. Material transfers between fleets. Non-terrestrial means not Earth-based. Not necessarily non-human. The simplest read is a classified space manufacturing operation: humans creating exotic metamaterials in zero-gravity that are physically impossible to fabricate on Earth. This interpretation emerged live during the interview. McKinnon said he had never connected it that way before. 4. Materials in Space Made for Anti-Gravity Barium and strontium are high-K dielectrics that store and discharge electric fields efficiently. These are the exact materials in Thomas Townsend Brown's mid-century anti-gravity experiments. Molybdenum is used in advanced alloy strengthening. Commercial efforts to build in space haven’t succeeded historically due to cost of launch – but for materials like these with extreme national security implications – it makes sense for such a program to exist. McKinnon has been researching the Biefield-Brown effect since 2007 and is building his own experiment in a garden shed. The overlap between the spreadsheet and electrogravitics research is not something he recognized at the time. He made the connection for the first time in our interview. 5. They Wanted Him in Guantanamo The UK's crime unit initially said six months, maybe community service. Then those officers visited the Office of Naval Intelligence. When they came back, the tone changed completely. Ed Gibson, U.S. attaché in London, told McKinnon's lawyer: "We want to see him fry." The DOJ said he would be tried under Military Order Number One. Guantanamo status. No media. No family visits. Seven counts, ten years each. Seventy years. 6. He Bought Lethal Injection Chemicals and Considered Taking His Own Life By 2008, after losing multiple court cases, McKinnon gave up. He purchased potassium chloride, one of the three chemicals in lethal injection, and calculated dosage per kilogram of body weight. In 2012, UK Home Secretary Theresa May blocked the extradition, citing unacceptable risk he would end his life. Gordon Brown, David Cameron, and Barack Obama all engaged with the case. McKinnon remains on the Interpol Red List and cannot enter the United States. 7. Donna Hare Said Building 8 Held UFO Photos. McKinnon Found Building 8. Donna Hare, a NASA photographic specialist with secret clearance, testified at the Disclosure Project that a colleague in Building 8 of Johnson Space Center showed her satellite imagery of a large disc that cast a shadow. His job was to airbrush these objects out. McKinnon was already inside JSC's network when he read her testimony. He used Windows auditing commands to isolate Building 8 machines. About a dozen came up. Half had blank passwords. The first one had two folders on a bare desktop: "Raw" and "Processed." The same building. The same kind of imagery. Decades apart. 8. He Got In With Blank Passwords McKinnon wrote a Perl script that scanned hundreds of thousands of military IP addresses in minutes. Five percent responded. Of those, a further five percent had passwords that were blank, "password," or "admin." He used a tool called LanSearch to search every file and folder across up to 5,000 networked PCs at once. The Pentagon's most sensitive networks were protected by nothing. 9. He Reveals He Was “Microchipped” (likely with a tracking device) Gary opens up for the first time about his sleep being interrupted due to a chip implant. He shows us the implant on camera. Two small bumps - incisions - on his foot. He’s done some vigilante investigating and thinks the company that likely made the chip is called Verisign – they built “grain of rice” sized microchips often meant for human implantation. McKinnon’s was likely an RFID tracker to track his whereabouts. Dystopian to say the least! Why This Matters Matthew Bevan hacked into the Department of Energy and atomic labs in the 1990s using more sophisticated techniques. Slap on the wrist. McKinnon used blank passwords and found UFO imagery and a logistics spreadsheet. He faced decades in prison. The severity of the response tells you something about what he found; the existence of a secret space supply chain. The materials on that spreadsheet, barium, strontium, molybdenum, are the same materials in Townsend Brown's anti-gravity research – that is not a coincidence you dismiss easily. McKinnon never intended any harm – he was merely a curious UFO fanatic. He used off-the-shelf available technology. He should be pardoned by Trump (who has explicitly expressed interest in UFO transparency) immediately. #FREEMCKINNON Full conversation covers all of this and much more. Maybe the most mind-blowing and dot-connecting interview we've ever done 👇

//The Wire//2300Z January 8, 2026// //ROUTINE// //BLUF: PROTESTS CONTINUE IN MINNEAPOLIS AS GOV. WALZ ISSUES WARNING ORDER TO NATIONAL GUARD TO PREPARE FOR DEPLOYMENT AGAINST FEDERAL FORCES. CIVIL UNREST INTENSIFIES IN TEHRAN. SHOOTING AT LDS CHURCH IN UTAH REVEALS TRANSNATIONAL CRIME SYNDICATE.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE----- -International Events- Middle East: The situation in Iran is heating up as demonstrations have shifted to riots and a general state of uprising in many cities around the country. This morning internet access to the outside world was cut for most of the country, and flights have allegedly been halted at Tabriz International Airport. Analyst Comment: Right now it's too soon to tell if this is the real-deal, simply due to the extremely significant amount of deception surrounding events in Tehran. A lot of older or misleading footage has circulated, so it's hard to determine what's real and what isn't. The Iranian government shutting off the internet in an attempt to halt communications out of the country is a common tactic, but also strongly indicates that government forces are concerned with the growing level of uprising. How far this will go is anyone's guess, but this will be something to monitor for the next few days. -HomeFront- Minnesota: Overnight various protest events continued in Minneapolis, along with serious developments on the political front. In a press statement yesterday Gov. Tim Walz stated that he has given the WARNO (warning order) for Minnesota National Guard troops to deploy in a policing role, against federal agents. During this press conference, a reporter directly asked Walz if these troops would be used to defend the state from federal forces. In response, Walz stated that Minnesota has "never been at war with the Federal government", before directly stating that these troops will be used to "protect the people of Minnesota" from a "rogue federal agent". Utah: Yesterday evening a mass shooting was reported at an LDS church in Salt Lake City. Local authorities state that a shooting broke out in the parking lot of the LDS church on Redwood Road. At the time of the shooting, a crowd was gathered in the parking lot for a funeral/memorial service being held inside the church. The shooting reportedly took place as a result of mutual combat between two suspects, both of which are currently at large. Concerning casualties, 2x were killed and 6x others wounded during the engagement. -----END TEARLINE----- Analyst Comments: Shootings involving churches or other places of worship are worth dedicating more attention to, as these are more vulnerable sites that are easy targets for malign actors and terrorists. However, a brief investigation into this shooting indicates that this incident is not what many may think at first. The church itself is a front...this facility is really a safehouse/community center for the Tongan Crip Gang (TCG). The facility is indeed a real LDS church, however this particular ward has been taken over by the gang, which have declared this church (and the surrounding terrain) to be their turf. Photo and video evidence from inside the Church on the night of the shooting confirm a heavy TCG presence, with various Lieutenants and their footsoldiers manning security by all of the doors. Videos of the memorial service confirm nearly everyone was wearing the "colors" of the TCG (which are blue bandanas), with some people even showing up to the service wearing ski masks, drinking alcohol, and flashing gang signs to the police officers in the church after the shooting. Additional investigation indicates that this was not a one-off event. Per the website of this church, services at this facility are only held in the Tongan language. No English services are held at this location, which indicates both the demographic of the alleged congregation and also provides additional context. This was not a normal church that was simply host to a gang's event that officials did not know about; TCG has been conducting power-projection operations at this facility for some time. As if this was not enough to confirm beyond all doubt the TCG affiliation here, on December 17th, the widow of the deceased man who's funeral was being held during the shooting, confirmed that Aki Sekona (the deceased man) was an active member of the Crips while simultaneously being heavily involved in the church. The Tongan Crips have risen to be one of the biggest gangs in the state of Utah after being transplanted into the area from the Polynesian island of Tonga over the years, or from California where they also maintain a significant presence. The TCG, along with other Polynesian splinter groups, have dominated Salt Lake City for years, and have conducted extremely brutal crimes around the city, most of which surpass the level of violence seen within the most brutal Central American Cartels. These guys are no joke, and they dominate the local terrain of Salt Lake City, where they conduct operations nearly completely unchallenged. In this case, though the shooting took place at a church, it's absolutely certain that the shooting was actually gang-related, and not due to a grievance with the LDS church itself, or a terrorist attack for ideological reasons. Due to these complications, local authorities have been tight-lipped regarding the shooting, and still have not officially confirmed that this was a gang-related shooting, despite the SLCPD Gang Unit being the lead investigative unit for this case. There has never been a more clear case of a gang shooting being the cause of these casualties, however nobody wants to confirm anything due to the uncomfortable link to the LDS Church and the follow-on questions of why a transnational crime syndicate has been allowed to dominate this terrain for so long, especially in conjunction with a church. Very, very few journalists in Salt lake City (and absolutely zero national correspondents) have shown the footage from inside the funeral service, or mentioned any link to the Tongan Crip Gang. This hesitance to call it like it is, is likely to result in increased risk locally as both shooters are still on the loose. The Tongan Crips who survived the encounter will certainly be conducting an investigation of their own...and they are probably looking for blood. If the Tongans think that a rival group was involved in any way, more brutal murders are on the menu over the next few days. If the local shot-callers want to make a mess of this, they certainly can. Sekona himself had "strong ties" to the Inglewood area of southern California...where the Tongan Crips have been at war with MS-13 for many years. We weren’t even sure a Budget would be handed down this year, but we already had a fair idea of what would be in it: • a return to deficit on the back of increased spending • increasing debt • election sweeteners and election traps, and • no genuine spending or tax reform. Jim Chalmers – the Treasurer who has never run a business or been employed in the private sector his entire life – has delivered exactly what we expected. Government spending has increased to 786 billion dollars. Gross debt is now over a trillion dollars, rising to 1.2 trillion in just three years. There’s some sweeteners, like more energy rebate money. There’s an election trap for the Coalition: a tax cut worth less than a cup of coffee a week that will still cost the Budget 17 billion dollars. There’s no attempt at genuine spending reform, no waste-cutting, and no tax reform. It’s just more of the same, digging Australia deeper into an abyss, with no attempt to address the causes of our housing and cost-of-living crises. There’s very little to address our growing deficiencies in defence. There’s heaps of exclusive funding for indigenous corporations, again with no accountability for closing the gaps. There’s not much in the way of new infrastructure funding, and nothing for true nation-building. There is no provision for paying off our increasing debt. In summary, it’s just another big-spending Labor Budget that squibs the opportunity for real reform. It’s disappointing, but predictable. It’s time for some real change. It’s time for One Nation’s plan. One Nation’s plan focuses on spending reform that is urgently needed and long overdue. It’s spending reform that is now beyond the capabilities of Labor and the Coalition. The last time we had a glimmer of responsible economic managment was during the Howard years. By 2006, Australia’s net debt had been virtually eliminated by the Howard Government. After that, we had six years of Labor with Wayne Swan and his constant promises of a surplus that were never realised and Australia was another 270 billion dollars in net debt. Then we had nine consecutive Budgets under the Coalition beginning in 2014. It’s worth having a look at the overview for that Budget handed down 10 years ago, when government spending totalled 415 billion dollars. Joe Hockey said that government debt was projected to be 389 billion dollars in 2023-24, and that from the following year we would have surpluses up to 1% of GDP. It didn’t work out that way. Their modelling never does. In the Coalition’s last Budget in 2022-23, government expenses reached 628.5 billion dollars. So much for the Coalition’s claim to be responsible economic managers. And then came the Albanese Labor government, also with the claim to be responsible economic managers. What a complete joke that claim has turned out to be. Spending has now reached 785.7 billion dollars. Gross debt is now over a trillion dollars. It’s a massive figure – one followed by 12 zeroes. That’s a thousand billion, or a million times a million. It’s critical that Australian voters understand this. Labor and the Coalition have collectively borrowed more than a trillion dollars in fewer than 20 years because they are incapable of running Australia within its means. If you ran your household their way, you would lose your house. If you ran your business their way, you would lose your business. Why do Australians keep voting for Labor and the Coalition when they run our country this way? Labor has added another 63 billion dollars of spending in just the past three months. So much of our money has been wasted by these so-called parties of government. One Nation’s policy puts this waste in the bin where it belongs. We will slash wasteful government spending by 90 billion dollars. The first cab off the rank will be the climate change scam. At its most basic, this is a joint policy of Labor and the Coalition to spend taxpayers’ money to make our electricity more expensive. Rising electricity bills have been the only outcome of their collective net-zero madness. Global emissions continue to rise every year because no matter what the major parties tell you, nothing this country can do will make any difference on a planetary scale. We are crippling our own economy, and forcing families into poverty and homelessness, for no environmental benefit to anyone. One Nation’s plan is to abolish the Department of Climate Change and related agencies and programs, saving at least 30 billion dollars a year. We’ll stop subsidising uneconomic renewables and make them compete on a level playing field with cheaper, more reliable energy from coal and gas. We anticipate this will save Australian households and businesses at least 20% on their electricity bills. One Nation’s plan includes the abolition of the National Indigenous Australians Agency, saving 4.5 billion dollars, and an audit of the entire aboriginal industry. This industry has been an absolute failure in closing the gap. It is rife with fraud, corruption and nepotism which prevents indigenous Australians in genuine need receiving assistance while enriching those who need none. We expect to save another eight billion dollars in useless indigenous grants funding. One Nation’s policy goes much farther, and will put an end to unwarranted race-based privilege in Australia. Australians overwhelmingly rejected race-based privilege at the voice to Parliament referendum in 2023. Equal rights for all, and special rights for none, is the only fair approach in a free representative democracy. Under One Nation’s policies no indigenous Australian in genuine need will miss out on assistance, but they will have no more assistance than anyone else in genuine need. You don’t close the gaps by treating Australians differently. You close the gaps by treating all Australians the same, and holding everyone to the same standards. We’re going to dismantle this culture of unwarranted entitlement, naked greed and racial hatred. One Nation’s plan includes restoring the National Disability Insurance Scheme to its original purpose: providing only reasonable and necessary support to Australians with a disability. We support the NDIS and want to ensure it survives. We will review eligibility, introduce means-testing, reduce unsustainable pay rates, and crack down on fraud. One Nation’s plan also includes withdrawing Australia from a range of international bodies and agreements that do not work in Australia’s interests. We must get out of the Paris Agreement. We must withdraw from the World Health Organisation, the World Economic Forum and the International Criminal Court. And we must withdraw from the United Nations and the UN Convention on Refugees. The UN has mutated beyond recognition. It has become a haven and a platform for the worst regimes in the world, legitimising terrorist states, theocracies and dictatorships. It no longer works in Australia’s interests, so there’s no compelling reason to remain part of it. We expect to save at least one billion dollars by getting out of these organisations. We also expect at least another three billion dollars in savings by reducing and redirecting Australia’s foreign aid. Australia must get its own house in order before giving away money to anyone else. We must put Australians first. We will abolish the Therapeutic Goods Administration and roll its essential functions into the Department of Health. We’ll also review about three billion dollars worth of medicines put on the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme during the COVID-19 pandemic. One Nation’s plan includes privatising the SBS. There’s no longer any need for taxpayers to fund the SBS. We have the internet now, providing anyone in Australia with the ability to access programming in their language from virtually anywhere. One Nation’s plan also includes getting rid of most of the ABC. There is a case for taxpayers to fund ABC services in Australian markets where commercial media will not operate, as a broadcaster of last resort. There is no longer any compelling case for taxpayers to fund the ABC in larger markets already saturated with media services. If people in these markets want ABC services then they can pay for them, not taxpayers. We expect to save more than a billion dollars from this measure. Our only revenue measure is something else that is long overdue: getting a fair return for our natural gas resources. One Nation’s plan includes raising an additional 13 billion dollars by charging levies at the point of extraction instead of on profits. We will also create a national domestic gas reserve so that Australia no longer faces energy shortages thanks to Labor’s reckless obsession with renewables. By slashing 90 billion dollars in government waste, One Nation liberates resources to pay down Federal debt, invest in nation-building infrastructure and put 40 billion dollars back in Australians’ pockets. One Nation will implement a range of cost-of-living and tax relief measures. These include: • halving the fuel excise to 26 cents per litre for at least 12 months, with an option to extend; • eliminating the excise on alcohol served in hospitality venues; • freezing the increases in the alcohol excise that occur twice a year, and reviewing the excise regime entirely; • exempting insurance premiums from the GST; • allowing couples with at least one dependent child to split incomes and file joint tax returns, saving these families thousands of dollars in tax; • allowing aged and veteran pensioners to earn money working without affecting their pensions; and • lifting the tax-free threshold to 35 thousand dollars for self-funded retirees. Our plan includes additional elements that will put more money back in Australians’ pockets. We’ll crack down on Medicare fraud – estimated to be up to three billion dollars a year – and after a comprehensive review, implement practical measures to improve bulk-billing rates and keep more GPs in the system. One Nation will improve home affordability by exempting basic building materials from the GST for the next five years, for homes valued up to one million dollars. This will also reduce the risk of building and construction companies collapsing. It’s part of our overall policy to address Labor’s housing crisis. With a policy now weakly copied by the major parties, One Nation will ban foreign ownership of residential property to increase housing supply for Australians. To improve affordability, we will also enable superannuation funds to invest part of an individual’s super as equity in the individual’s primary residence. It’s another policy weakly copied by the Coalition but unlike their policy, our policy leaves an individual’s super balance intact. One Nation’s immigration policy will also have a big impact on Labor’s housing crisis. One Nation will cap immigration at 130,000 per year for all visa categories – including foreign students – to substantially reduce housing demand. This represents an effective reduction of 570,000 people a year. High immigration is costing taxpayers; it is not benefitting the economy. It is driving up inflation through high rents and – perversely for a Labor government obsessed with net zero – driving up Australia’s emissions. It is increasing congestion in our cities and impacting on public services. And mainly, it’s driving unprecedented demand for housing. This is forcing more Australians into mortgage stress, rental insecurity and homelessness. It has to stop, and One Nation has the policy that will stop it. We’re the only party with an immigration policy that meets the expectations of the majority of Australians. One Nation is also backing Australia’s farmers in Labor’s undeclared war on the sector. We’ll reverse the ban on live sheep exports. We’ll restore balance to the Murray Darling Basin Plan and let irrigators keep their water. We’ll reduce their energy costs, built more efficient paths to export their produce, and look at better protections against cheap food inports. We’ll also protect farmers’ land and water from foreign ownership. One Nation will also invest in Australia’s future with some real nation-building infrastructure. This includes the Hells Gate Dam in Townsville, scrapped by Labor two years ago, and other water security projects. It includes building on the Inland Rail Project to develop a national rail circuit for freight and passengers. It includes developing a world-class export and import container hub at the Port of Gladstone. It most definitely does not include even one more wind turbine, but we will support low-emissions coal, gas and nuclear energy to power Australia’s future more cheaply and reliably. One Nation is advocating the policies that elevate the interests of Australians over special interests, foreign interests and harmful ideologies. We’re advocating the policies that Australians want. We’re advocating sensible policies that are now being copied by Labor and the Coalition: banning foreign ownership of housing, nuclear energy, cutting alcohol taxes, accessing super to improve home affordability, and auditing the aboriginal industry. One Nation will put 40 billion dollars back in Australians’ pockets, and we’ll fix the causes of the rising cost of living: renewables, high immigration and reckless Labor government spending. One Nation wants to protect our way of life, protect our standard of living, and ensure a prosperous and secure Australian nation – and we’ll do it without imposing more costs and burdens on future generations. Unlike anyone else contesting this election, One Nation’s plan puts Australia and Australians first so make sure you put us first on your ballot paper at this election.
