Meta opened the weights this morning. It's already living on a Mac. Muse Glimmer 30B, running locally in Osaurus. It analyzed an image and built a playable game. Your hardware. Your model. No subscription.

1/ Offline computer-use models are here. Today, one running on our Mac made it all the way to hotel checkout. We ran Qwen3.8-27B from Qwen through Cua Driver. It also turned a flyer into a Calendar event and reconciled receipts. Every model token stayed on the Mac 🧵

while we don’t know for sure if the iPhone mirroring feature will come to the Apple Vision Pro, I sure hope it does. for now, it's available on Mac—i tested it and it's amazing! here’s how you can experience it on your Mac today: 1. make sure both your iPhone and Mac are running the latest beta versions of iOS 18 and macOS Sequoia. 2. position your iPhone near your Mac. 3. an icon titled "iPhone Mirroring" will appear on your Mac's Dock. 4. select the "Continue" button on your Mac. 5. unlock your iPhone when prompted. 6. on your Mac, click the "Get Started" button. 7. with your iPhone locked, open the "iPhone Mirroring" app on your Mac. this feature is a game-changer, and i can’t wait for the day it hopefully comes to the Vision Pro!

Now you can dictate right from your Apple Watch into any app on iPhone and Mac. No extra microphones. No rings. No new hardware. Just private voice typing with the mic already on your wrist.

Skiff is a new, small tool for deploying static marketing sites using Kamal. Built on #NoBuild ideas, stone-age tools like Server Side Includes, and running with nginx. We use it to run and already. Enjoy!

Thanks for the mention TBPN! We're working on making this run at >40 tok/sec on 2 Mac Studios (the full, unquantized Kimi K2.5). I'm already running Kimi K2.5 myself locally with Claude Code and it's impressive - very close to Opus level.
