I keep seeing people talk about Brock Purdy possibly making $60M a year on his contract extension. I highly doubt he’ll ask for anything close to that… It’s time to bring out this interview again that he did a few months ago where he said he’s not chasing money: “What I think I’m called to do in life is to lay down my life for others. Whether that’s time, or raising money to help out with foundations, it’s a huge part of what I do. Using my platform, not for myself, but for my communities. Not trying to chase status, fame, money, and all that kind of stuff. It’s loving on my wife and my family that I have, and not missing out on that. I’m 24 years old and I’m trying to enjoy it.”
