This American needs to lead the Department of Education “This is my audition to become the head of the US Department of Education - My first act of office will be immediately abolishing the No Child Left Behind Act. Yes, we will be leaving children behind. If they fail a class, they will have to repeat it - My second act is one that I'm very passionate about. We will be bringing zeros back. If you don't know, in many schools in the US right now, students receive 40% or 50% if they do zero work, if they do not complete an assignment. And my school included, and many other schools, are not going to be allowed to give a student a 50% if they do not turn in any work. They will have to receive a zero. Likewise, there will be no completion grades, If you just attempt an assignment, that doesn't mean you get a 55%. Like, if you get a 1 out of 10, you earned a 10% on that assignment, and that's okay. Sometimes failing happens, and we don't need to just inflate the grades just for fun. Grades will reflect students' actual performance and understanding of the content - The third one I'm very excited for as well. Teacher evaluations will take place once a year and teachers will be observed by another current teacher from a different school. Teachers would volunteer to be evaluators. They would get a sub for the day, no questions asked, and then they would evaluate objectively. That way the person evaluating you does not know you and does not have any personal bias towards you. Hopefully. - The fourth one, I think this should be common sense, but I hear that it happens all the time at some schools. Never at mine. But teachers shouldn't be expected to work for free. I hear elementary teachers are doing these before and after work things that they aren't getting paid for, like lunch duty or recess duty or pickup duty, whatever it is. The school needs those things covered. People can volunteer for it, and then they have to get paid for it. They can't force you to cover other people's classes for free. They have to pay you extra if they're gonna take away your lunch or your prep or whatever time that is supposed to be yours and then force you to do something without getting paid. There will be no more voluntelling. Hire this woman. The most important thing we need to do is hold students back and force them to learn the work. No more dumbing down out standards

Pay Attention To This, This Is Serious REPORT “43% of all small business owners in this country either could not pay their rent in full or could not pay their rent at all in the month of April 2024” Small businesses make up 44% of this country's GDP This is REAL Bidenomics, America is barely hanging on “When you've got almost 50%, you've got a sector of this country's economy that produces almost 50% of the gross domestic product can't even pay their rent. Is this going to be the sign to get you to wake up and understand that we are in a recession?“ “No matter what politician wants to write Miriam Webster and tell him, hey rewrite this definition, even by the new terms we are in a recession. And what's coming next is going to make 2008 look like a joke.” — “I'd stay prepared. I'm not trying to go super doom and gloom on you, but if this whole thing goes bad really fast, the economy takes a hit, things keep going with bricks the way they're going, cash will still get you by for a period of time. If you're not paying attention to this situation, I think you probably should. You should probably put this on your radar. I know that there's a hundred things going on all the time. This is just how things happen. Gotta keep you chasing your tail. They cannot give you enough time to adequately do enough research to be properly educated on an issue. And God forbid they cannot let you catch a break and get your breath about you. They gotta wind you out and keep you exhausted. So, you know, to each his own, whatever you think is important, what's going to affect you and your family the worst or the hardest, stay focused on that. But I sincerely think that this is an issue that more people need to be concerned with. And even if you just mildly monitor the situation, I think it should be on your radar.

Former NBA star Gilbert Arenas says women should be ashamed if they aren't contributing financially or making their man’s life easier “The idea of this is what attracts you to get what I want, it's just prostitution in a sense. But at some point, I don't want you. You're not an equal. You're just a taker. You're not making my life easier. You're making it harder” “If you are a stay at home wife or girlfriend, then you need to understand what that means. When I come home, is the house clean and the suitcase packed? Are the clothes clean and folded? Do your part to make the entity's life easier. That is the point” “If you're not going to put into making money with me, helping me make money, working with me, or working for me. If I have an assistant, as a woman you should be ashamed of yourself. If your NBA husband, your CEO husband, whatever the fuck he is, has an assistant and that's not your fucking job, nah” “Women, if this what you say when someone says, ‘Hey, what do you bring?’ and you say, ‘I bring the table,’ get the fuck out. I have a table, all the fucking chairs, I have the food. Now what do you bring?” “There are eight billion people in the world. As a woman, I don't need you to say, ‘I can't afford that.’ If you can't afford it, find a dude who wants to pay all your bills. I'm looking for someone who wants to be equal because equal means I'm going to treat you equal” “If I'm paying all your bills, you really have no value to me and I'm going to keep fucking whoever I want to fuck. You have no rules over me. Now, if we’re 50-50 you are valued, which means I'm not going to jeopardize this for that”

I hear so often from the Dommes I work with that they struggle with people online fetichizing them and simply seeing them for how sexy and beautiful they are. They project their fantasies and their desires onto you. That stops immediately once you move the attention from you to them. From 'look at me' to 'I see you'. What does that look like? When you create content, think of them and what this scene or that narrative is evoking. What will they learn from you? What they want is not to passively watch how sexy you are, but for you to train them, to give them instructions, to teach them, to guide them, to be in charge, to command them. This is not being an object but the main subject. The Authority figure. How is your content already doing that. The sexy photos can still be there, they are important to already capture des attention. But what you do with that attention once you have it, is where the power dynamic is established. Positioning yourself as more than a stunning Goddess, but actually a woman who has a voice, opinions, perspective, a philosophy, a way to doing things, teaching them what you like, how you like it, why you like it, already makes them want to be that for you. You hold the attention, you hold the power, so you direct it. And for that, you want them to know you get them and you know what lives within them... that creates the desire for you to be the one exposing it. You instantly build trust. Not because you demanded it, but because you earned it: you showed them you know what you are doing. You have experience, you understand them. They are not told to come see you, they are seduced into it. They desire it. And they will work for it. This will attract better clients (real subs) and instead of you trying to get their attention, they will work to earn yours. If you want to learn more about power dynamics, building a brand as a Pro or the psychology behind BDSM, you can now access all my trainings and classes in one place for a fraction of the cost of The Dominatrix Academy. And you can reinvest the total amount towards the Program. Message me [SECRET] for the details. This offer is not available on my website.

You may have missed this news recently - the health insurance system in America is so broken, that the Trump administration is quietly rewriting the Affordable Care Act and buried deep in a monstrous 1,000+ page document is a ploy to let health insurance companies start lending money to patients to pay for their medical care. That's right: if you get hit with a devastating diagnosis or an unexpected emergency, your "insurance" company won't just pay the bill... they'll offer you a loan instead. So you can go deeper into debt to the very same industry that's already failing you. Let me say that again. You pay health insurance so that you'll be insured in a time of a health crisis. Already, health insurers are denying nearly 20% of claims and out of pocket expenses keep rising. So instead of them paying your bill, which is what you pay the insurance for, they'll now be incentivized to deny even more bills or raise out of pocket expenses in order to cash in on the interest they'll be collecting. A third of American households are already drowning in medical debt — and now insurers get to pile on even more, with interest. While these companies rake in billions in profits, everyday people will be trapped paying back loans for the care they thought was "covered." This isn't fixing healthcare. This is turning your health insurer into your loan shark — and making an already predatory, dysfunctional system even more financially crushing for ordinary Americans. Classic "you get sick, you go broke" American healthcare — now with extra debt servitude. On the plus side, there is a company that is providing a solution to this problem. CrowdHealth, a member focused health care company is saving Americans tens of thousands of dollars, and in May of this year 100% of medical bills were funded. No loans needed. No exorbitant premiums. No crazy out of pocket expenses. A model that is actually working, is not throwing Americans into bankruptcy because of an unexpected health event, is saving people money, and getting them the health care they need. Andy Schoonover from CrowdHealth joins us now to discuss.

Should Creatives Be Worried? Reflections on the Copyright Bill Debate. Parliament debated the Copyright Amendment Bill 12.03.26 during its 2nd reading, & the discussion raised several concerns. 1-The Rt. Hon. Speaker AAA asked why radio stations like her own mama bukedea should pay royalties to creators (artists) yet the stations are already promoting their work by playing their music. 2-Another MP argued that artists themselves often pay DJs and media hosts to promote their music, questioning why radio stations should still be required to pay royalties. 3-One submission called for a cost benefit analysis of the bill to clearly show what Artists stand to gain or lose if the law is passed. 4-Concerns were also raised about artists who may want their music promoted for free without media houses paying royalties. Dont they have liberty to choose? 5-Another MP argued that once an artist releases their music, it becomes public, and therefore people should be free to use it however way they wish without payment. 6-A further suggestion was that if artists want this bill passed, government should also begin taxing their revenue & income from public performances sighting zero tax compliance yet they want to be paid. The debate was eventually cut short due to a lack of quorum. However, a few observations stood out: 1-The debate focused mainly on music, overlooking the wider creative industries that copyright laws protect. 2-Some MPs seemed unaware that copyright protection is already a global standard for safeguarding creators’ rights. 3-It is unclear whether the proposed amendment was benchmarked against international markets with established copyright systems, since it does not introduce a new concept. 4-what Should be be the middle ground between media owners and creatives Without strong copyright protections, creatives may continue depending on occasional government support instead of earning sustainable income from their intellectual property. So i ask: should creatives be worried yet or you sense good will of passing the copyright amendment law? Dear creatives Watch👇🏻 Lets discuss. #NBSAfter5 Video credit : UBC UGANDA
