Organising Files and Chats are going to be a mess. You have to improve the Project UX to make these more discoverable and easy to organise.

Claude is already in our stack, and we’ve been trying to automate the whole data reporting workflow funny thing is.... the slides themselves are starting to look like the easy part the real mess is: same report next week, new data, same metrics, same logic, company-specific rules, and pleaseeee don’t invent a number somewhere yeah. that’s the rabbit hole we live in now

When a slide deck is exported, do charts stay editable or become images? That's the bit I'd check before handing it to someone else.

we could try different into something more useful thwt define better future in world of ~1ms artifcats

Curious on the rationale for creating your own version of docs and slides?

"take anywhere" is the part that quietly matters most. right now the library only holds what you publish — everything else lives in the conversation that made it, so weeks later the chat history is your index. any plans to shelve a finished artifact without publishing it?

Is there a way how to use like a standard app suite, without first going though the prompt? So something like a drive with all my "files" and option to create it first manualy and then update it with claude if needed

revamped Artifacts is the actual change. if I edit the doc, does the deck pick that up, or is a slide export a fork?

The polished output is the easy part; the eval is editability under ugly inputs: brand constraints, long docs, citations, and a partial retry without nuking the whole artifact. Otherwise the deck is just a very elegant first draft.

docs + slides + design living inside the chat is the right instinct. less mode-switching, more finishing

slides are only portable when pptx exports preserve fonts and layout fidelity

Claude is turning into a productivity suite without really looking like one. You just tell it what you’re trying to make.

The artifact layer is doing what office suites promised for years: turning “can you make this?” into a thing you can actually edit instead of a meeting about making it.

The integration of Docs, Slides, and Design into the Artifacts platform is a huge workflow win and we actually went deeper on this here:

For a shared document, the useful handover is the version someone actually reviewed. Keeping that version easy to identify after another round of AI edits would help a team know which copy is ready to use.
