Dear 🇬🇧, We junior doctors are set to launch another period of strikes for 5 consecutive days from 24-28 February. Striking must always be a last resort and I’m furious that we still have to be doing this for a 10th time but with news this week that Rishi Sunak is personally preventing a resolution to the #DoctorsStrike because he doesn’t want nurses and other NHS staff to have their pay restored too — something all of us truly deserve — it’s an absolute necessity that we keep fighting. It is simply not okay that a qualified doctor working a 48hr/week contract starts at £15/hr with £100,000 student debt and earns far less than our PA colleagues (no shade) who have less training and less debt. It is not okay that our NHS colleagues are visiting food banks. It is not okay that NHS hospitals are crumbling from the catastrophic defunding of the NHS of £400 billion pounds over the last decade. It is not okay that patients are suffering on the longest waiting list in NHS history at over 7.6m. It is not okay that 25,000 people died last year due to preventable delays accessing NHS emergency care. It is not okay that 24 hours in A&E is no longer just a TV show. It is not okay that millions cannot see a GP, an NHS dentist, or receive their Cancer care here in one of the wealthiest countries on Earth. Until and unless we have safe staffing levels across the country then every one of these shocking failures of this government will not improve. Without adequate staff, patients will not be protected and their care will continue to be delayed and denied. Pay restoration for NHS staff back to what we were earning in 2008 is not unreasonable and is the only way to stop this catastrophic staff haemorrhage overnight. So please join us in urging this government to come back to the table, to meet with our elected representatives from The BMA, and to prevent the next round of strikes from taking place. Thank you. #DoctorsStrike #PayRestoration #SOSNHS

NHS DESTROYED THE WOMAN WHO CAUGHT ITS DOCTORS STEALING FROM IT Sharmila Chowdhury sharmila chowdhury gave 30 years of spotless service to the @NHS. Not one disciplinary mark. Not one complaint. She was the budget holder for radiology at Ealing Hospital NHS Trust, which means she could see exactly where the money was going. What she saw was two consultant radiologists billing the NHS for shifts they were spending at a private hospital down the road. The Trust lost £250,000 of public money through those arrangements. She reported it to her line manager. Her medical director. HR. Counter Fraud. The Department of Health. The Treasury. Number 10. She had a paper trail so airtight that ITV undercover surveillance later caught the same consultants still absent during paid hours, and caught Miranda Harvie and Akkib Rafique taking direct cash payments from patients for private ultrasounds inside the NHS building, money going straight into their own account. So what did the Trust do with this documented, camera-confirmed, publicly broadcast fraud? They sacked her. On fabricated counter-allegations from a subordinate she had herself reported for breaching patient safety. The man who filed those allegations later sent an email signed off with "0800-F***-YOU-B****." He received a Top Mentor award from the Trust that same year. Sharmila won the Interim Relief Hearing. She won the internal appeal. The judge asked the Trust to reinstate her. The Trust said no and refused to let her return. She was blacklisted. Job offers were withdrawn the moment employers discovered who she was. She settled out of court in 2012 with two years pay, out of which she had to pay £77,500 in legal fees alone. 38 Degrees38 Degrees In July 2013, she was diagnosed with breast and lung cancer. Multiple consultants believe this is a direct result of the sustained stress of her treatment as a whistleblower. The consultants she reported kept their jobs. George Osborne said he could not get involved. Andrew Lansley said he could not get involved. David Cameron said he could not get involved. Every single official body, every single minister, every single department looked at a proven, camera-documented NHS fraud case and decided it was an employment matter. The world is waking up, and the tide is turning! In a powerful sign of growing resistance to authoritarian overreach, a stunning report from The Times reveals that nearly 9 out of 10 NHS staff at one of England’s largest hospital trusts refused the flu vaccine last winter. This isn’t just vaccine fatigue—it’s a rebellion against years of propaganda, mandates, and eroded trust. From the World Health Organization and WEF pushing global control to facial recognition, real IDs, and arrests in places like England and Ireland over simple memes, the world has felt the weight of creeping tyranny. Social distancing? Made up. Masks? Ineffective. COVID vaccines? Questionable at best. After endless booster shots and lockdowns, even frontline doctors and nurses—once unquestioning—now reject the narrative. This isn’t just about flu shots. It’s a signal: humanity isn’t as gullible as the elites hoped. The genie’s out of the bottle, and the next time the WHO tries mandating experimental vaccines for the latest global threat, they’ll face a wall of skepticism. The NHS staff’s defiance is a beacon of hope, proving that even those deep in the system are saying enough. America stands as an island of sanity, but it’s not alone. From England to every corner of the globe, people are using their voices, rejecting fear, and reclaiming sovereignty. The masses are moving, and every now and then, truth breaks through—even on mainstream screens. Stay united. Speak your truth. We’re not just fighting—we’re winning.

(Did I mention $1,000 in Codex credits? It's time to build!) Get all access: Why All Access and the Builder Pack This is the best time in history to build something. For a long time, it’s been possible to one-shot impressive demos, but they’d fall flat the minute they hit production. But the release of GPT-5.6-Sol and Fable 5 heralds a new era: Everyone can build, launch, and maintain the software that they’ve always dreamed of. Everyone is a builder now. There’s just one catch: Building with AI is very expensive. (Ask me how I know.) (Alright, I’ll tell you. I accidentally used 2 billion tokens overnight this week on a big GPT-5.6-Sol run. Worth it.) This is unique in the history of technology. For most of the personal computing era, a billionaire and a solo builder could buy essentially the same top-of-the-line Mac. AI changes that: The more tokens you can afford, the more you can make. And we want to make that accessible to more people. That’s why the main feature of our new All Access plan is the Builder Pack: more than $7,000 in credits and discounts on the full stack we use to run Every, from idea to production—Codex, Claude, PostHog, Render, Gemini, FLORA, and more. 🇵🇭 A Citizen’s Cry for Dignity in Healthcare By Dr. Tony Leachon Today, a concerned citizen shared with me a heartbreaking video from East Avenue Medical Center. Under the scorching heat, she waited over four hours just to access free medicine through the Yakap program. The lines were long, the process slow, and the suffering visible—especially among our seniors and persons with disabilities. This is not an isolated case. This is the daily reality in many government hospitals. We must speak truth to power: • The Department of Health under Secretary Herbosa has failed to deliver dignified, efficient, and compassionate care. • PhilHealth is being defunded while case rates for top killer diseases remain dangerously low. • Ghost hospitals and alleged corruption continue to plague our system. • The poor are left to endure misery while officials remain silent or dismissive. This is not just incompetence—it is a betrayal of public trust. We call on the President, lawmakers, and health advocates to act now: • Streamline access to essential services in OPDs nationwide. • Increase funding for PhilHealth and raise case rates for heart disease, cancer, stroke, pneumonia, and diabetes. • Remove VAT on essential medications. • Investigate and prosecute corruption in the health sector. • Restore dignity to every Filipino seeking care. Healthcare is not a privilege. It is a right. And when that right is denied, we must raise our voices—not just as doctors, but as citizens. Let this message be heard. Let this video be seen. Let this injustice be corrected.

SHE SAW A BABY DIE AND RAISED THE ALARM. NHS SAW HER AND RAISED A BARRISTER. I was recently contacted by Amanda Ford. A qualified nurse, midwife, and former Lead Inspector for the Department of Health. She reached out because she saw what I document here, institutions protecting themselves while the people they are supposed to serve pay the price. Her story deserves full attention and I am going to give it some. Amanda worked for the Healthcare Safety Investigation Branch, HSIB, in the South West from 2019 to 2020. Within her first month investigating Yeovil District Hospital she witnessed what she describes as appalling care. A baby death that should not have occurred. A woman put through labour who should not have been labouring and was lucky to survive. She raised her concerns. She flagged inadequate consultant oversight, locum staff who were not properly supervised, and a unit that was not prepared for emergencies. She also flagged something more systemic. Managers at Yeovil were too close to her own organisation, and her own organisation was not challenging them hard enough. Nobody acted. Amanda was vilified. She was bullied. She left HSIB and took them to an Employment Tribunal. She lost her constructive dismissal claim but won most of her grievances through HSIB's own internal process. An independent report concluded she should have been treated as a whistleblower and that a bullying culture existed within HSIB. NHS England then paid lawyers and a London barrister to fight her at a five day hearing while sitting on independent evidence that supported her position. She was offered a settlement on the morning of the hearing. She refused. She wanted the truth on record publicly. In May 2025, Yeovil District Hospital's maternity unit closed. The Care Quality Commission (Care Quality Commission) cited concerns over staffing, equipment and the failure to learn from serious incidents. The unit recorded seven serious untoward incidents in 2022 and another seven in 2023. An obstetrician described the combined figures as reasonably alarming for a unit of that size. Somerset NHS Foundation Trust acknowledged it had not always got its culture right. Yeovil is now one of 12 NHS Trusts under investigation by Baroness Valerie Amos. Amanda gave evidence to the Amos inquiry. She did not hold back. She told the BBC: if that was happening in Yeovil, where else was it happening in the country? That is the right question. HSIB went into maternity units across England time and again. It was renamed MNSI and moved under the umbrella of CQC. The name changed. The pattern did not. This is what happens to NHS whistleblowers. You do your job. You tell the truth. You hit a brick wall. Amanda Ford hit that wall years before the unit closed. She is still standing. The evidence she raised in 2019 is now a national scandal. More to follow. Source: BBCNews, 26 February 2026 Dr Minh Alexander Minh Alexander minhalexander.bsky.social

📣🚨Karen Webb, an NHS specialist nurse with 42 years’ experience working with older people, faced losing her honorary Queen’s Nurse title after being reported for gender-critical posts on X. The situation began during what should have been a standard team meeting. In the informal chat before proceedings began, Karen, in response to another colleague, expressed support for the Olympic Committee’s decision to exclude male athletes from women’s sporting categories. Within minutes, she received a private message from the Trust’s Head of Equality and Inclusion, informing her that she had “upset a lot of people”. The following day, she was told that her “attitude” towards transgender individuals needed to be discussed. Three months later, Karen was called to a formal meeting with senior figures at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust, where she was questioned about her views on trans people and her ability to provide them with compassionate care. Believing the matter to have been resolved, Karen was then contacted by the Queen’s Institute of Community Nursing (QICN), which informed her that it had received a complaint about alleged “transphobia” and “bigotry”. She was instructed to delete her social media posts or risk losing her honorary title. The experience caused her significant and understandable distress. At that point, Karen turned to the Free Speech Union for support. The FSU wrote to QICN on her behalf, setting out her legally protected right to hold and express gender-critical beliefs under the Equality Act 2010. Shortly thereafter, QICN dropped its investigation and issued a full apology, acknowledging that there was “no case to answer” and that Karen had “done nothing wrong”. Following a Subject Access Request (SAR), it emerged that the complaint had been made by a senior activist colleague, who had also disclosed information from a confidential internal process – despite that matter having been closed without any disciplinary action. This disclosure appeared to be a malicious attempt to damage Karen’s professional reputation and facilitate the removal of her honorary title. A subsequent grievance investigation by the NHS Trust upheld Karen’s complaint, finding that confidential information had been improperly shared with QICN. The Trust accepted that Karen had a reasonable expectation that discussions within the internal process would remain private, and confirmed that this expectation had been breached. The Trust has since stated that “appropriate action will be taken” to ensure lessons are learned and similar incidents do not occur again. Although the Free Speech Union was ultimately able to protect Karen’s title and prevent disciplinary action, the experience has left a lasting impact. Now retired, she reflects that the episode has cast a shadow over what should have been the culmination of a long and dedicated career in nursing. This sad episode resulted in Karen deciding it was time to retire. We are proud to have supported Karen during this difficult time. Cases like hers are far from isolated – more than 40 per cent of the Free Speech Union’s casework now involves individuals facing repercussions for expressing gender-critical beliefs, which are protected under the Equality Act 2010. Watch Karen share her story and join the Free Speech Union below 👇

🚨NHS junior doctor describes armed Palestinian fighters as 'heroes' as she faces second tribunal over 'antisemitic' outbursts This is crazy!! An NHS doctor facing claims of antisemitism and Holocaust denial openly called for Jihad on the streets of London and described armed Palestinian fighters as 'heroes'. Dr Rahmeh Aladwan, a trauma and orthopaedics doctor, has come under investigation over several 'dangerous' social media posts littered with praise for terrorist organisation Hamas and previously said she would 'never condemn' the October 7 attack. She also once described a hospital in north London as a 'Jewish supremacy cesspit'. The Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service (MPTS) ruled last month that no suspension was necessary because her posts did not amount to 'bullying or harassment'. But following criticism over the decision by Health Secretary Wes Streeting, the General Medical Council has referred the case back to the MPTS, with a new hearing set for October 23. Now footage has emerged of Dr Aladwan openly showing her support for Jihadist fighters, as one peer and former MP told Daily Mail the GMC must 'get a grip' and suspend her. The video was taken at a protest held outside the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office in Whitehall on July 21, to coincide with a reported visit by Major General Tomer Bar, head of the Israeli Air Force. Speaking to dozens of protesters, who were flanked by Met Police officers, Dr Aladwan spoke about the five 'Palestinian principles of liberation'. One of them, she said, included 'armed resistance' and said those who participate in such activity are 'heroes'. Dr Aladwan said: 'The Palestinian people who are fighting for liberation, including armed struggle as per international law, [are] our heroes. Every single one of them. 'We are proud of our armed resistance and in Islam, we call that jihad. That's an honour. That's how you defend your people.' Elsewhere in her speech, Dr Aladwan referred to Israel as 'the terrorist entity' and said: 'It does not exist. It sits on top of Palestine and it must be dismantled.' In similar comments later, she addressed the crowd and said: 'For me, Palestine is the entirety of the map. Israel does not exist. And I can say that legally, I have my opinion.' Dr Aladwan's strong-held views, which are openly posted onto her social media accounts, have previously sparked controversy. This included a claim that 'British Jewish children are taught that they are superior to non-Jews, that they have the right to colonise Palestine, and are groomed through birthright trips to become colonisers'. On July 30, she claimed the Royal Free Hospital in north London, which serves a large Jewish community, was a 'Jewish supremacy cesspit'. And last month she sparked outrage after describing two gunmen involved in a fatal mass shooting in Jerusalem as 'two Palestinian martyrs'. Dr Aladwan made the comment to her more than 33,000 followers on X just hours after the frenzied attack took place and resulted in the deaths of six people, including a pregnant woman. Referring to the killings as a 'shooting operation', she wrote: 'This morning, the two Palestinian martyrs Muthanna Amro and Muhammad Taha bypassed the occupation's fortified checkpoints and carried out a shooting operation at a settlers' bus in the 'Ramot' settlement and killed 6 settlers. 'Palestine has never been safe for occupiers. Leave.' In other social media posts, Dr Aladwan described anti-Semitism and the Holocaust as 'concepts' used by Jewish people to 'promote a narrative of victimhood'. Following October 7 and Israel's military response to Hamas, her posts have included pictures of masked men holding rifles alongside fire emojis and a photo of a masked toddler wearing the trademark fluorescent green Hamas headband. She also shared a picture of a masked militant holding a large gun with the words: 'A picture of AlQasem a day keeps the Zs [Zionists] locked away', an apparent reference to the Al-Qassam brigade, the military wing of Hamas. Last night, concerned advocates called on the GMC to address the 'shameful state of affairs' and urged Met Police to investigate why Dr Aladwan was allowed to freely support armed Palestinian resistance in a public space. Alex Hearn from Labour Against Antisemitism, said: 'How can any NHS patient - and especially Jewish patients - feel comfortable under her care? 'This dangerous doctor's open support for Jihadist terrorists who massacred 1,200 Israelis on October 7 and raped hundreds of young women at the Nova music festival means she must be immediately removed from duty and sacked. 'It is also very worrying that she made these remarks within earshot of police officers who did absolutely nothing. Her words were very clear. Why wasn't she arrested at the time? 'Dr Aladwan has made similar remarks in support of Hamas terrorists time and again on social media. 'We have been complaining to the police and General Medical Council for almost a year yet she remains free to work shifts in NHS hospitals. 'That is a shameful state of affairs that demands urgent action from the very top of government.' Lord Austin, the independent peer and former Labour MP, said: 'It is utterly disgraceful that this NHS doctor gave a speech saying she supported armed Palestinian terrorists and jihad in front of police officers and she was not arrested. 'The Met must answer for this failure and must now put it right by investigating this. 'Furthermore, I hope the GMC finally gets a grip and that she is struck off because NHS patients deserve to be protected from someone who holds these dangerous views.' Following the initial ruling to take no further action, Health Secretary Wes Streeting said he had no faith in the medical regulator. 'The racist language of 'Jewish supremacy' reflects the values of Nazis, not the NHS,' he wrote on X. 'I fail to see how medics using such language with impunity doesn't undermine confidence in the medical profession. I have no confidence in our regulation system.' Last night, Met Police said in a statement it would review why there had been no intervention by officers at the time of the protest, as well as reviewing the material to 'establish whether any offences have been committed.' A spokesperson said: 'We can understand why the comments made in this video are a cause of significant concern. 'While the Crown Prosecution Service has previously determined that similar language used at protests did not cross the threshold into a criminal offence, each incident is specific and we would expect officers to intervene and take action so that an investigation can follow. 'We will be reviewing this incident to understand why that didn’t happen. 'Officers will also review the footage in its entirety to establish whether any offences have been committed, liaising with our CPS counterparts as necessary.'

SHOCKING SCENES: CHURCH LEADER UNMASKED AS TRANS IDEOLOGY ENFORCER Free Presbyterian elder revealed as national promoter of transgender ideology The Chairman of the transgender-enforcing Education Authority in Northern Ireland is a prominent elder in Ballymoney Free Presbyterian Church. Mervyn Storey was appointed to the role in 2024 by DUP Minister for Health Paul Givan. Storey is paid £50,000 + expenses for a three-day week. The Education Authority is the institution responsible for delivering Northern Ireland’s primary and secondary education services. It provides a wide range of services to schools, including instructions/guidelines on how to implement government policy. The Authority has released a 60-page document entitled ‘Guidance for Schools on Supporting Transgender Young People’. This document has been formally issued to schools and is the current advice from the Education Authority on Transgender issues in schools. The document applies to all schools under the control of the Education Authority including primary schools and pre-schools. This 60-page document includes the following: - Schools should provide transgender books and uplift ‘transgender role models’. - Teachers should ask ‘transgender students’ what name and pronoun they wish to be referred to by. - Teachers and school staff should use the student’s preferred name and pronouns including using the ‘they’ pronoun. - Teachers must not tell the child’s parents they are changing their ‘gender identity’ without the child’s consent. - Support of ‘transgender young people’ is part of the ‘inclusive ethos’ of a school. - Schools are encouraged to promote this ethos by setting up a Gender and Sexual Orientation Alliance in schools, teaching in a ‘gender-aware’ way, using LGBT resources in the classroom, and teaching the RSE curriculum. - Schools should give transgender students access to toilets that match their gender identity. - If a staff member deliberately ‘misgenders’ a student, they should be made aware that their behaviour is unacceptable. - Staff may refer children to CAMHS, which can then make a referral to the Knowing Our Identity Service, a child transgender clinic run by Belfast Health and Social Care Trust. The transgender clinic was recently awarded almost £1 million in funding by Health Minster Mike Nesbitt. All of these instructions are coming from the desk of Chairman Mervyn Storey, who last night stood in the pulpit of Ballymoney Free Presbyterian Church with Minister David Park. Last night we sought to speak with Mervyn Storey but he refused to engage. We also wished to speak to Minister David Park but after about ten minutes we were told that he had left the building. The Mervyn Storey revelations and the shocking scenes in Ballymoney last night reveal the terrible hypocrisy at the heart of much of the Free Presbyterian Church. We believe there are many genuine Christians in these churches who are not aware of what is happening behind the scenes. We pray that God will open their eyes, that they will come out from under these deceptive ministers and stand up for their sons, their daughters and for God’s truth.

Tucker Carlson is a gift to the American people and to the world. Tonight may prove to be one of the most consequential televised moments in modern American history. One day we may look back at what began as a single broadcast could become the spark that finally names the America it was always meant to be, and the America that the American people must recover. Tucker Carlson: The 10 things that America should be. Maybe it was in the past, but it certainly is not now. 1. Fair. The founding promise. The inheritance of every American. A system that was meant to give every citizen a genuine chance, not a stacked deck. 2. Sovereignty. A nation that answers to its own people. The right to decide its own course without foreign masters or financial chains. Sovereignty over debt. Sovereignty over health. Sovereignty over the future. Without it, freedom is only a word. 3. Productive. A happy country is a country that makes things. Real things. Not numbers on a screen. Not endless speculation in finance and real estate. Civilisations are remembered for what they built, not for what they traded. Dignity lives in production. Self respect is forged in the act of creating. 4. Beautiful. America was once a beautiful place. Pretty houses. Tended gardens. Architecture that lifted the spirit. Beauty is not a luxury. It is a form of truth. The destruction of so much of that beauty in the name of “urban renewal” was no accident. A people who stop caring about beauty and cleanliness eventually stop caring about themselves. 5. Healthy. There was a time when strength of body, clarity of mind, and sobriety of spirit were the goal. Today the majority of Americans are medicated, to sleep, to lose weight, to feel pleasure, to feel less. Pain is part of life. Numbing it only deepens the wound. Real health means living clean. Free from dependency. Free from ultra processed food. Free from the quiet slavery of constant chemical relief. 6. Honest. Lying is wrong. Always. It is a crime for a citizen to lie to the government. It must also be a crime for the government to lie to its citizens. This is our country, not theirs. Classification has become the official excuse for secrecy. Evil thrives in darkness. Sunlight remains the best disinfectant. A nation that tolerates one set of rules for the powerful and another for everyone else cannot remain honest for long. 7. Optimistic. Optimism is not mere cheerfulness. It is the decision to live for the future. To sacrifice today so that tomorrow can be better. To work for children yet unborn. A people who stop caring about their children have already stopped caring about their future. Culture that celebrates degradation, exploitation, and the destruction of innocence is a culture that has lost the will to continue. 8. Wise. Wisdom is not the same as education. Education, as it now exists, often teaches compliance and fashionable falsehoods. Wisdom begins with the courage to recognise what is actually true. Not every claim deserves respect. Not every feeling is a fact. A free people must know the difference. 9. Decent. America was once a decent country. Decency has been under sustained attack. When officials cheer death, when institutions celebrate brutality, when the powerful are taxed more lightly than the working man, something essential has been lost. A nation that abandons decency eventually loses the ability to respect itself. Demanding decency from leaders, and from ourselves, is not optional. It is the minimum. 10. United. We are not united, and the fracture is widening. Some disagreements will never fully disappear. That is why a deeper shared identity must be recovered or created, something strong enough to hold the country together when everything else pulls it apart. Without it, the centre cannot hold. We now know that for the longest time, both parties have colluded and conspired to divide this nation. It is now our job to undo that.

We’re launching a campus organization, inspired by Charlie Kirk! A few months before Charlie Kirk was shot dead on a university campus, I had a long conversation with him — almost an hour. He was worried about Canadian universities. The cancel culture. The silencing of conservative students. The indoctrination factories he had spent his entire career fighting south of the border. He had seen it up close, and he asked me: were we going to fight back? I told him yes. Then, on September 10, 2025, a politically motivated sniper climbed onto a rooftop at Utah Valley University and put a bullet in Charlie Kirk’s neck while he was doing exactly what he always did — standing up for free speech on a university campus. I’ve thought about that conversation a lot since then. Because Charlie understood something that too many people on our side still refuse to face: the university campus isn’t just where young people go to get degrees. It’s where the woke mob is manufactured. It’s where the cancel culture foot soldiers are recruited, trained, and radicalised — before being sent out into the world to tear down everything we hold dear. We’ve made real gains. Independent media is getting stronger. We win (sometimes) in the courts. And the battle for free speech has new allies, like Elon Musk and his social media platform, X. But the woke machine at our universities is still running at full capacity. You know the stories: Lindsay Shepherd was a 22-year-old teaching assistant at Wilfrid Laurier University. She showed a short video clip of Jordan Peterson in class — as part of a lecture on a controversial topic. Her professors hauled her into an interrogation and compared her to a Nazi showing propaganda films. This past January, Conservative MP Garnett Genuis was refused permission to hold an event at York University. A sitting Member of Parliament — barred from speaking to students. Those are just the stories that got coverage. Every day, thousands of our students sit down, stay quiet, and self-censor — terrified of being destroyed by the mob before their careers have even started. And nobody is fighting for them. If we don’t fight at the source — inside the lecture halls and student unions where the actual indoctrination happens — we’re only ever chopping heads off a hydra. It will keep growing new ones. And right now, on Canadian campuses, our side has nobody. The Conservative Party’s campus clubs are too nervous to stick their necks out for anyone — they don’t want to risk their political careers. No think tank is focused on campuses. The faith communities, the advocacy organizations — all doing important work, but few of them are walking through the doors of our universities. That is why The Democracy Fund (The Democracy Fund) is launching Canadian Students for Free Speech — a TDF-led national network that will establish student-led, officially recognized free speech clubs on every post-secondary campus in Canada. If you care about free speech, if you want to support conservative and freedom-oriented students on Canada’s university campuses, learn more about Canadian Students for Free Speech and donate to help build it. Here is the plan. The Democracy Fund is recruiting students with backbone, and we will train them in campus organising and free speech philosophy. We will coach them step by step through the process of getting their clubs officially recognised by their universities — and trust me, that battle alone will be worth documenting and publishing. We will equip them with professionally printed posters, pamphlets, and proven messaging to promote free speech. Canadian Students for Free Speech will bring speakers directly to those campuses: Tamara Lich, and other freedom fighters who’ve been through the fire. Debates, town halls, and meet-and-greets that give conservative and freedom-loving students a reason to come together and realise they are not alone. Canadian Students for Free Speech will train every club member to document every act of censorship — and we will publish every story. And when the administration comes after them — and they will come after them — Canadian Students for Free Speech will show up with cameras, journalists, and The Democracy Fund’s lawyers. Our students will not face the mob alone. To do this properly, The Democracy Fund is hiring a full-time National Campus Coordinator. This is a real, demanding job. This person will travel coast to coast — from UBC to Dalhousie — recruiting student leaders, running training weekends, coordinating speaker tours, managing club applications, and fielding that call at midnight when a dean suddenly decides to cancel a student event. They will be the spine of the entire operation. Beyond the salary, there are real costs to account for: printed materials for clubs at dozens of campuses, travel expenses for our speakers, legal fees when universities try to block or deregister our clubs, and the infrastructure to run a national student network. This is not a small project. But then again, losing an entire generation to indoctrination is no small matter. REPORT by Ezra Levant 🍁🚛:

🚨#OreoVsStatin - PUBLISHED!🚨 OREO Cookie cookies were 💥2X as potent💥 at lowering my LDL cholesterol (LDL-C) compared to high-intensity statin therapy! What you NEED to know... 👉This was a metabolic demonstration, a 'do not do this at home' experiment that makes no 'health' claims about cookies or cholesterol. 👉The purpose was to BOLDLY test a prediction of the Lipid Energy Model #LEM, i.e. that adding in carbs, including in the from of an Oreo cookies 'addition' (not carb-fat swap) would lower LDL-C in an LMHR on a #keto diet Why Oreos? ... It's (productively) provocative! 😱 Research on #cholesterol on #keto diets and the #LEM and #LMHR phenotype has so much to teach us about human lipid metabolism! ... But how do I (we) communicate the scientific 'awe' that we feel to the greatest number of people (as well as force a conversation about #LMHR and #LEM that needs to happen)? ... A dramatic demonstration designed to turn heads might work! It's not 'just click bait' ... it's 'legit-bait' I want YOU to feel the 'shock and awe' I feel every day studying this topic. And I want you to engage in the research journey. What you need to do... or should do... 🙏PRETTY PLEASE 🙏! 👉PLEASE WATCH 👀 VIDEO ABSTRACT here (<8 min): 👉 SHARE THIS LINK to the paper itself in a quote RT or original Tweet of your own: ... doing so helps promote the work and provoke the discussion ... and feel free to tag in your favorite influencers (or least favorite 😉)... A HUGE thanks to the senior author and expert lipidologist William Cromwell, MD for his guiding wisdom, insightful thoughts, and always open and curious mind. And to Dave Feldman, my friend, research wife, and the '#LEM daddy' Finally... there will be a LOT of coverage of this experiment. Keep in mind, we are not making any health claims, but through a dramatic demonstration, highlighting an uncomfortable tension that arises from a prediction of the Lipid Energy Model, and that is consistent with prior data (7+ papers, including 'highest tier' data like our recent meta-analysis of 41 RCTs). Science is supposed to embrace such uncomfortable questions... so, join us in being curious and advocating for much needed research on #LEM and #LMHR so we can make sense of what observations like this really mean... STAY CURIOUS 🤔

Labour put a Labour peer in charge of the rape gang inquiry then admit it won’t be exhaustive. That’s not an inquiry. It’s a stitch-up. If they were serious, they’d appoint a judge, expose every failure, deport the rapists, and ban visas to Pakistan until abusers are taken back. Victims, like Jade deserve justice, not more cover-ups.👇 The case of Jade Nurse. Her story, published this week is a catalogue of failure: raped by hundreds of men from the age of 14. “Freshies” from Pakistan who were flown in to rape them. A system of targeted gang rape that operated in the open, and likely still does. This wasn’t just grooming. It was sexual exploitation tourism, happening under the nose of the British state. What visas were these men arriving on? Visitor visas? Spousal visas? Were they ever vetted? Were they ever removed? How many even left? We issue hundreds of Pakistani visitor visas every single day over 200,000 granted last year alone, more than double the number issued just two years earlier, with barely any meaningful checks on criminal history, local enforcement records, or links to rape gang networks, how many, like the men Jade described, are here to rape? If we had a single serious safeguarding department in Whitehall, these questions would already be answered. But they’re not because no one dares ask. How many more Jades are there? We now know that what happened in Rotherham, Rochdale wasn’t an exception. It was a model. Networks of Pakistani men were allowed to operate openly for over a decade across towns and cities in England. They weren’t just ignored. They were enabled by police, by social services, and by politicians who feared losing their seats or individuals who feared being called racist more than they feared being complicit in the rape of children. These weren’t isolated incidents. They were nationwide, organised, targeted abuse. The victims were mainly white girls. The rapists knew it. They called them “white bitches”.” They told the victims the police wouldn’t act, and if they did they would say the victim is racist . And for years, they were right. If Labour or the Conservatives want to talk about protecting women and girls, they can start here: How many rapists are coming in from Pakistan? And how many have been deported? If Pakistan refuses to take back its sex offenders, the UK must introduce immediate visa bans. That’s what real safeguarding looks like. You don’t protect women by letting the risk grow. You stop it. You remove it. Or you lose the right to say you care. Protection means prevention. Right now, a convicted sex offender can fight deportation under “Article 8 right to family life.” He has rights. His victims don’t. And while Labour clings to the ECHR, British girls are targeted. Borders matter. Enforcement matters. And nothing in Labour’s plan tackles either. Labour wants to teach boys to respect girls. But boys don’t learn respect from worksheets. They learn it from what the state tolerates. And what the state has tolerated for decades is the mass rape and torture of British girls, while the state let the guilty go free and kept the door open to more. We are not short announcements. We are short of action. The only way to make this right is to do what no government has done, not even the Conservatives, who had every chance and looked away: Admit the truth about who was responsible .Remove every offender who has no right to be here. Cut off the pipeline of visas from countries, such as Pakistan where rape is being exported And stop pretending this is about demonising a group of people. Its not. It’s about justice. Because justice for Jade and every other girl like her will never come from a new strategy. It will only come from a reckoning.

200,000+ new vibe coding projects get created every day yet almost NONE of them get customers 7 distribution strategies that actually work right now for your startup: 1. build an MCP server. when someone asks claude or chatgpt the question your product answers, your tool shows up. the AI becomes your sales team. 2. programmatic SEO. pick a keyword pattern (best X for Y). use firecrawl to pull real structured data so pages have actual value. one next.js template, AI generated content, human editing loop so it doesn't read like AI. 10,000 pages × 30 visits × 2% CVR × $10 = $60k/month from pages you built once. 3. vibe code a free tool (calculator, software etc). one problem, one tool, ship it today. it ranks, lives in people's workflows, markets your brand for years. ahrefs' free backlink checker has sent them more customers than most paid ads ever will. 4. answer engine optimization. people are getting answers from chatgpt and perplexity now, not just google. find the top questions your customer is asking AI. publish structured, definitive answers. one founder went from 4% to 20% AI referrals in a month just by doing this. 5. make the output of your product shareable. think spotify wrapped. think github graphs. think stripe atlas. what does your user want to screenshot and send? build that moment. add a pre-filled share button. every share is free impressions to your exact audience. 6. buy a niche newsletter. 10k subscribers for $5k to $20k. most owners are making $0 to $500 a month. DM them "ever thought about selling?" you inherit trust and a direct channel to your exact customer on day one. underrated. 7. 30 minute voice memo into claude: five tweet threads, three linkedin posts, one newsletter, short form clips. do this weekly. in 3 months you have more content than competitors who aren't doing this. obviously, your project needs to be optimized so it isnt ai slop, but you'll get there. code is commoditized. time to focus on distribution. pick 2 of these ideas and start this week to get customers. this episode was designed to get your creative juices flowing. maybe it'll give you more ideas on growth tactics you'll use this week. full breakdown on the The Startup Ideas Podcast (SIP) 🧃 watch.
