The more the president keeps governing the way that he is, the more likely we will see an AOC presidency next. There is always a pendulum swing.

.Rishi Sunak – are you really going to let David and 11million other renters down? We've been waiting for the Renters Reform Bill since the LAST election. Where is it? David is your constituent. He needs answers. So we projected his question in Richmond so you can't ignore him.

It's decision time for the government on their housing legacy... ⌛️ Will they properly invest in social housing in June's #SpendingReview?

This wouldn’t happen on a bus. So why does it happen when trying to rent? Income discrimination is unlawful and unjust – but millions of renters in England are at risk of this happening every single day. Want meaningful system change? Retweet our video to help make it happen.

🏠 When we build social homes, we’re building better lives. We’re building stability. A brighter future. But right now, we don’t have nearly enough of them. We need to build good social homes again so a new generation can be proud to say: we are #MadeInSocialHousing.

No child should have to wish for a home this Christmas. But more than 131,000 homeless children do. They’ll wake up on Christmas morning in temporary accommodation. This is not a home. Your donation could help a family find a safe place to call home:

Many people think of politics as a pendulum. When you point to unprecedented events, they'll respond: no need to worry, the pendulum will swing, and it'll all come back to a stable equilibrium. It's always worked out, and somehow always will. And that's true for many places, much of the time. But sometimes a political situation isn't a pendulum. Sometimes it's best modeled by Galloping Gertie, the former Tacoma Narrows Bridge. You see, that bridge started swinging from left, to right, and then further to the left, and even farther to the right, until it broke into pieces and completely fell apart. That's what happened to China, Germany, and Korea in the 20th century. They shattered into left and right pieces: North Korea and South Korea, East Germany and West Germany, PRC and ROC. And that was just a two-state equilibrium. But Yugoslavia broken into seven nations. The Soviets split into 15 countries. French decolonization gave rise to more than two dozen states, and the sunset of the British Empire created 50+ sovereigns. Now, in some sense, those were eventually stable political equilibria. Just like the pieces of the Tacoma Narrow Bridge did stop swinging. But they stopped after breaking apart, not after coming together.

Your body speaks through tension Try holding your hand in a tight fist for too long eventually, it hurts Now imagine that same kind of holding… but happening in your chest. Your jaw. Your hips Emotional tension works the same way When we hold onto experiences grief, resentment, or things we never processed that weight doesn't vanish It settles somewhere in the body, waiting to be acknowledged Sometimes it shows up as fatigue. Tightness. Random aches But underneath that… there's energy trying to move In my own practice, I use a pendulum and a chakra map to tune into this I ask Spirit to show me where I’ve got energy held in my body and let the pendulum swing over the chakra chart What it reveals isn’t always surface-level. Often, it leads to memories or emotions I hadn’t thought about in years This process helps me listen Not just to pain but to the energy beneath it Because sometimes, the body isn’t breaking down. It’s just tired of carrying things that were never ours to hold forever

The Smartest Buyers in NYC Know This: You can buy multifamily buildings in NYC today for what they cost 25 years ago. Let that sink in. They’re trading below replacement cost. Below land value. You're getting the land at a discount and the building for free. The market is scared. 85–90% of investors won’t touch these assets. But the ones who are buying? They understand how cycles work. The pendulum always swings. If you’re not over-leveraged and you take a long-term view, this market will reward you... maybe not next year, but definitely over time. I’ve seen every cycle over the last 40 years. This one has all the signs of a generational buying moment. This business isn’t about timing the market. It’s about time in the market. If you believe in New York City, like I do, the time to act is now.

Sen. Ted Cruz exposes the communist radicals in the Democrat Party: “They not only don't love America, they hate America.” Cruz: “Mamdani is the single most powerful Democrat in the country. … I think this is bad for the country. I think this is unhealthy. I want to see two normal parties that aren't filled with crazy people who can actually do something reasonable and who actually love the country. Okay, if a Democrat likes some higher taxes and higher regulations, I don't like that But could we start with the premise that you love America? And the problem is, these communist radicals, they not only don't love America, they hate America. If you're a small business owner, they hate you. If you're a Christian, they hate you. If you're a Jew, they hate you. That is dangerous. And I don't like to see, look, in history, we've always had a pendulum from one party to the other. Unfortunately, there's gonna come a time when the Democrats are back in power, and I think it's really dangerous if the Democrat gets back in power, and I hope that's not for a very long time. It's dangerous if that Democrat is an open communist who aspires to be Mao or Stalin or Fidel Castro. These are the people driving today's Democrat Party.”
