Thats too harsh lol. Could happen to anyone including you.

My point went straight over your head didn’t it ?

she’s payed/contributed into the system, therefore, she’s entitled to receive support whilst she gets herself back on her feet. Not everyone who is on UC is ‘homeless’/‘doesn’t know English’ ur acc a full blown retard.

You don’t have the mind set to lock in and use your followers when you’ve lost everything. She’s clearly trying to survive while she figures out her next steps. Stay humble walaal. You could be tested with this any day wallahi no matter how far you get in life

Who tf said it’s for people who speak no English

Lol, I disagree with most of your takes, but you’re right on this one. A Somali woman’s e-commerce business failed, so she monetised her experience by teaching others through Skool. That’s thinking outside the box. Why go straight to the Jobcentre when care jobs are hiring.

It’s performative. Posting about at it to your 200k followers is a slap in the face for those who are homeless and barley making ends meet

Maybe instead of making a point out of her and given you’ve got a bright idea, which to a mentally stable person would sound great btw, why don’t you get in touch with her and offer it to her? This is another thing wrong with the uk; we’d rather make videos like this than help

Might be just for content like a “revival journey” rags to riches type shit

Potentially

Wild for you to say universal credit is for people who can’t speak English though. British people will be steaming to hear that

People over estimate the value of followers. Followers are not as monetisable as people think especially for very niche areas such as starting and running a business. You would be lucky if 1% of those followers are starting/ running even slimmer chances of paying for service

I agree with your point but at the same time, I think people need to also know about the harsh reality of being an entrepreneur. You can go from 100 to 0 real quick

That’s the life we chose

Whilst I agree with your sentiment that she should be able to monetize her experience in some way, Universal Credit is not for people that speak English. It's for British citizens that are homeless, out of work, struggling, and need support from the government.

Hear it

You're 100% right with this. Too many people are taking the piss with the benefits system. If we have people of her profile claiming then how bad is it. Nuts.

A Somali casting judgement wow meanwhile their demographic ranks in 1st in benefit claims lol wow Never seen a Somali in a warehouse or blue collar even in an office btw
