If you don't like your job, quit. Every employee is told how much they will be paid before they get hired.

If you have blisters on your feet after walking around on a flat warehouse floor for the day, you might want to get shoes that fit. Also, I call bullshit on the 60 hour work week. I'd love to get that much overtime pay. With that much overtime, they could probably afford properly fitting shoes.

Yeah, I've had jobs before that I absolutely hated. I quit them and found other jobs that I liked better. It's really not illegal to do that, I've done it and I've seen other people do it too. I really, really have.

This might be the first time you posted bullshit. Don’t let it happen again. Per Grok: Average pay for warehouse associates/fulfillment roles is generally $19–$23 per hour (or about $36K–$48K annually for full-time), with Amazon reporting averages over $22/hour base pay for customer fulfillment and operations roles. Amazon warehouse (fulfillment center) workers are eligible for health insurance as part of their benefits package. I’ve been inside the huge facility near Minneapolis. The working conditions are excellent. It’s a fast paced job for sure, with lots of automation.

See I don't get this. Work is hard. When you have blisters, your footwear is wrong. If you don't like the physical hard work, you go get a different job. Sure the company is a billion dollar, but you move pkgs, they have a good paycheck and benis.

Is Peccy supposed to be short for pecker?

I'm sure warehouse workers at other facilities get blisters too. Maybe don't buy your shoes off Amazon.

Wear double socks and the right shoes. You'll be replaced soon by robots anyways. Amazon treats employees like cattle, customers like feed and vendors as sources to steal their products and source to China cheaper to drive them out of business. Amazon is not your friend.

Are the Peccy pins custom tailored to each employee? It seems like Amazon spent a fortune to make these. Maybe they could have allocated that money for raises.

These are low skill, entry level jobs. Are they hard, sure, but pay and benefits are pretty darned good, including free tuition. A good worker can advance quickly. Amazon doesn't cause blisters, poor socks, shoes, and lack of fitness do. Can't cut it, work elsewhere.

Oh boy sounding like a bitch ass leftist right now. Amazon is legitimately one of the best paying "easy" jobs out there with great benefits. Also, HR wouldn't be letting this go down. Sorry but they wouldn't.

@GuntherEagleman These employees are free to seek employment at any other company that find their skills more valuable, and they should do so if they are unhappy and believe their skills are worth more in the market. I’m confused at the complaint. 🤷‍♂️

I’ve worked at Amazon. There’s nobody there working so hard you get blisters. NOBODY

Getting ready to watch this, but is that like "Meijer Bucks"? I opened two Meijer stores in the Dayton area, and they used to give out "Meijer bucks" that were fake dollars for Meijer's only.. Dumbest thing ever! Now @elonmusk had the right idea!! STOCK OPTIONS would've been MUCH better incentive!!!

LMFAO my old job did similar shit. With "wooden tokens" I call them wood chips and they are stupid, and they "let us" build them up to "buy" crappy stuff from the "token store" 🙄 that have the company name on them and it is all dumb crap 😂 they may as well just start having the old "troll" pencil toppers in the stupid "token store" 😂😂😂😂😂 News Flash, Amazon isnt the only place that shits all over their employees.

Yeah and they are going to be replaced by picking robots soon so they should be happy with the pins is Amazon's opinion

Amazon usually pays higher than anyone else in town. And it’s easy as hell to get a job there. The raises are on a schedule but they’re not much, like 40¢ every 6 months. They do hella activities and have pizza/snacks for everyone at them so that’s cool.

@GuntherEagleman Walking in a warehouse all day is so hard? Get a construction job and you will make more money and have blisters on your poor hands too.

To be fair, Amazon has a lot of retards working there at all levels. They should just get rid of the bottom 25-30% of employees and automate those jobs then pay the hardworking, dedicated people more.

Seems that is more of a footwear problem than a work problem. I feel for them, but work is hard. I hate work, but not near as much as I hate living under a bridge with no food.

@Amazon needs to be boycotted. Their endless returns of cheap made in China products are trashing the planet. Just look at the returns at any UPS Store, Whole Foods, Kohl’s, or Staples. This garbage business is nothing but destructive.

Worked at 2 warehouses. You’re not working 70 hour weeks without picking up a available shift. They also give free food pretty often, especially holidays.
