Around 25% of the rockets fired by Hamas and Islamic Jihad toward Israel have fallen short inside Gaza — killing civilians, including children. The Hamas-run Gaza Health Ministry then counts these deaths as victims of Israeli airstrikes. This is not a mistake. This is deliberate deception.
