Gotta drive to get anything done. Poor design in my opinion. Needs local groceries, pubs, restaurants and a few offices mixed in. Needs bigger sidewalks and safe bike lanes. Promote walking and outdoor activities instead of the car.

Looks beautiful, but if you don't have a car it will take you 2 hours to get to the nearest supermarket.
