Been trying the same one-shot prompt today w/ different Gemini 3-powered agents, and have to say Replit Design mode has produced the best-looking result so far (better than Figma Make). Was not expecting this. Congrats on launch!

Should I give it a try? As a designer, I’ve not been impressed at all by any AI native UI designs.

The UI generation in one shot is impressive. I'm curious about the iteration loop though - when it gets something 90% right, how easy is it to refine? With code you can edit directly, but with generated UIs, does it maintain enough context to make surgical changes?

Is this primarily for designers or non-designers? I need something that plugs seamlessly into my Figma files. Vibe-design is not natural to a designers process😔

I just used this last night to prototype an app and was completely blown away. The biggest takeaway is that it applies the design schema to every page in the app and not just the landing page.

Can someone explain if they've been able to use this new design feature within an existing project/app? It looks like it's only available with for creating new projects - it cannot be used with existing projects

Can this connect Natively to other Replit projects? For example, if I want to build a website for an app that I've built, can I connect them even though they separate inside of the Replit ecosystem?

@JohnnyNel_ Once you’re done designing you can upgrade it to a full stack project. For existing projects we are working on design subagent. Coming soon.
