American public schools have a problem.

The problem is blacks — non-Whites as well. Blacks in particular are almost the sole and exclusive problem with our public schools. Take your children to an all White school and the difference is palpable, with your kids, the staff, the teachers, you as a parent, everyone

That culture has been an issue for decades.

American public schools have a serious problem.

Big problem. Public schools in America are used by the single parents to babysit their kids so they can go to work.

Their parents didn't raise them right

Too much culture

As my NYPD Detective Father said,They act the same under any circumstances. Give them a Million dollars each, a mansion in Beverly hills and a Rolls Royce. Within six months they will be shoplifting at a 7-11.
