Burger King releases new large drink cups If you fill up a medium cup and pour it into the large cup they are almost exactly the same The difference is maybe one or two sips “What is the point of getting a large cup? This woman is staying at this hotel and resort. It’s all inclusive, everything is included but the weird thing is, she has to eat or drink the items in the designated areas for food and drink. She has access to a beautiful balcony that is more private and she wanted to enjoy the food there. The resort said no, she had to eat it only in the dining areas. So she took the food and stuffed it in her purse and took it to the balcony anyways. An employee saw her and accused her of stealing the food. If this is an all inclusive resort, how is it stealing if it’s all included anyways right?

I went to Cozy Soup n Burger to see why it’s closing. It’s a classic american diner - vibes chill - menu big - boomers everywhere But the food is alright; the burger was hot and freshly made, but I’d still prefer a McDonald’s burger over it The real shock was the price. After tip I paid $37.56 for a cheeseburger and cup of soup. No drink, no sides. In a city like NYC where great food is at every corner, the price just is not competitive at all.

And this is the smallest size available. The crazy thing is, this is the norm. I too have tried to support small business coffee shops and the prices are always this high, same as the larger chains Prices in America are just way too high. It’s out of control

She then lies to him and tells him that she ordered from a vegan place, and that his burger isn’t made from beef that it’s all vegetables. As soon as he hears that he starts to complain and make claims that it now tastes off to him, that he can tell it’s not real meat. So how did he go from enjoying how good the burger was to then claiming it tastes like baked beans a few moments later, is it the power of suggestion or is it a bias he already had in his own mind?

American companies have moved on from just shrinking their products Now they are shrinking their products AND decreasing the primary ingredients inside Example: Tyson chicken nuggets - The bag used to be 2 pounds, not it’s 29 ounces. Thats 11% less for the same price - The serving size used to be 270 calories, now for the same amount of nuggets you get 210 calories and less protein - How they did that was, they decreased the amount of chicken you get in each nugget and added more water and fiber So now Americans are getting robbed with both “Shrinkflation” and “Skimflation” We keep paying more for less
