This has been an issue for over a decade everywhere, not just Starbucks. Ask for light or no ice. These options have been slowly added in the past few years at fast food restaurants as customers discovered the frugal corporate method.

It's a coffee. It's supposed to be 6 to 8 oz. When you put it in a 20oz cup, what do you expect?

She literally asked for three pumps of syrup, a half inch of milk and three shots of blonde espresso. Did she expect Starbucks to leave the cup half empty or top it off with ice? I don’t understand. For every single beverage that’s actually on the menu. Starbucks has a very specific measurement for how much milk and ice goes. Don’t get me wrong, I fucking hate Starbucks but this is bullshit.

Go to a local coffeehouse, preferably one that uses a full filtration system for the water the coffee is made from. I understand that not everyone has that capability, but those who don't would be better off buying a filtration system and brewing their own coffee. Tap water is 👎

On the rare occasion I did not brew my own coffee and happen to not be near enough to make it myself... I get a small or medium regular roast plain coffee from Dunkin Donuts. That's it. And even then I avoid purchasing coffee or related beverages when possible. Never Starbucks.
