Especially with so many guilty parties in attendance at the biggest natural food show in the world, Expo West. This may seem like a joke… and it’s definitely somewhat light-hearted But it’s also real. “Dessert” and “Sugar” has been demonized to a crazy extent. but there’s a huge difference between desserts made with high quality ingredients and desserts made with cheap filler junk. Take ice cream for example. Milk, cream, eggs, sugar? All anabolic & good for you. But they get a bad rap because people eat the Ben & Jerry’s slop with 100 ingredients most of which is processed slop. You can make the same conclusion about mostly every dessert. Cookies? Whole different ballgame if they are made with something like heirloom grains such as einkorn or spelt, that aren’t enriched, that aren’t loaded with gums, dyes, artificial sweeteners, etc. Getting this sugar in is actually GOOD for testosterone production, metabolism, & sleep. It’s inherently anti-stress when coming from a quality source. And beyond all that? Having some enjoyable treats makes your diet something that isn’t a 3 week effort, before falling off to binge for 3 days, and repeat. You satisfy your enjoyment for a delightful sweet, and increase adherence long term. So while it’s tongue in cheek, I’m not joking. Eat dessert for maximum gains.

If just getting bread is humiliating, then it is an honor to die of hunger.. Those who revolt because of hunger will inevitably remain silent if you throw a piece of bread at them, but those who revolt for dignity will not remain silent until they have dignity... We are people seeking peace, and in return they are fighting us by starving an entire people. Isn’t this collective punishment? My dear friends and loved ones.. Famine is still killing Gaza day after day, and prices are becoming more insane day after day, so people are inventing a new way of living every day.. In the video below, people ground lentils and made flour from them because lentils are available in abundance.. In the other video, people use pasta with flour to make the flour last as long as possible.. The third video is exactly what happens to me.. Where we have old, spoiled flour whose expiration date has passed, we purify the insects from the flour.. It is better to do this than not eat... Last year, we made flour from barley, corn, and fodder that was used to feed birds and animals. This time, the alternatives are different.. The problem is that all of these are last-ditch attempts to survive. We are using alternatives now and using corrupt supplies. This will not last long... O coming days passe over us by in peace. Our hearts are tired and the war has exhausted us.. What I feel is.. An unknown future, severe depression, a sad reality, loss of passion and excessive thinking.. Believe me, my friends, when I go to the gym, my goal is not to get muscles or a fit body... I go there to fight depression... My friends and loved ones.. The aerial bombardment still does not stop day and night.. and there is still a ground invasion in the Shuja’iya neighborhood.. Al-Shujaiya neighborhood is 2 km or 1.5 miles away from me.. Every night they advance a little and then retreat a little.. The army is making statements that they will expand the military operation very soon. This means that my region is next😔😔 I am still here for my cats, providing them with care and I will never let them down. Although food is scarce, it does not matter. I will not hesitate to search more and more every day for food for them. These are souls, and they are like my children, Ayman and Julia... My friends and loved ones, I must be prepared for any upcoming invasion of my region. If bad guys invade my area, I won't be able to search like I do now.. Why is the national guard handing out coffee and donuts? The ret*rds among the Amerimutt right don't understand why the National Guard of Minnesota are giving out donuts and coffee to the locals in Minneapolis. They're too inexperienced to understand basic COIN principles. You must win over the locals. You have to meet with them, create every opportunity to connect. Make them like you and do it in a genuine, and human way. Once you do that 90% of your operations are basically done. This is how the US gets to stay in extremely dangerous places around the world, and the unit responsible for it is CAPOC. It's manned by extremely charismatic and intelligent officers. Every event and encounter is accounted for, studied and eventually every loss is turned into a win. In Vietnam era terminology it's called winning hearts and minds. The majority of humans, by their core nature, are unwilling to attack a friendly face. Furthermore, when they connect with someone, genuinely, they are unlikely to betray them most of the time. Stack these events and the likelihood of immersion with the locals becomes high. Then you facilitate your strategic objectives, without any interference from the locals, because they're already on your side. What you don't do is a road-side execution, fit for a terror organisation. This doesn't just lose you the locals but creates an environment where people around the world want to actively see you harmed, or lose. Every local you kill has hundreds of friends and potentially thousands of associations. Do this enough times and the entire city will want to hunt you down. So, while the e-right laugh at the competent national guard, they're busy winning, one hot coffee, one donut, one hand shake and one conversation at a time.

The Australian government does not deserve our trust, or our respect. Today, Minister Penny Wong sat back in her chair grappling for words, desperately looking for the right lie to tell. It is worse than dishonest - it is an absolute lack of care. Penny Wong came to this country when she was 8 years old. She came to a country that afforded her the ability to become who she is, and she is now doing her part to destroy it. Back in the 70’s, when she came, Australia was a fair-minded place and a great place to be. Yet here she is... Here in Australia. Undermining our country and lying to our faces. Because she can’t tell the truth. Because if she did, it would destroy any semblance of care for Australia tied to her old party’s Labor brand. It would say the quiet part out loud. The truth. The truth that the Albanese government is more interested in the fortunes of the ISIS brides, women who chose to leave this country to go and fight against our people, than those of us that can’t find or afford a place to live here at home. I am tired of being told how to think by people that completely lack morals and couldn’t care less. People that are elected and paid to operate in the national interest but always put their twisted ethics and back pockets ahead of our nation and our people. I don’t know when Labor stopped caring about Australian workers or worse, when they started hating Australia, but they have and they do. The absolute lack of opposition, the lack of authentic choice has pushed us into a place where these absolute traitors to the interests of the people who pay them - goes entirely unchecked. We are careening out of control, unchecked migration, an energy grid that is just about to collapse, no industry to speak of, and no good reason to start or maintain a business in this place. It happened fast, but those of us who pay our taxes and take risks to make Australia a better place, are being undermined and white-anted by our politicians. The people we are forced to trust, and must pretend to respect, because they have the force of law on their side. Not because they are any good at their jobs. Not because they have earned our affection. No. Simply because they are in charge and there is little to nothing that can be done about it. It is becoming apparent that the two party system has outlived its useful life. Too much corruption, too many words too carefully chosen in a pantomime between to political forces that don’t really want to change anything. They just want to have their go, to have their turn to jam their grubby hands into the till. Surely with this major and catastrophic failure by the so-called Honourable Minister Senator Wong, the people will be able to see through the veil and into the absolute and irresponsible lack of care at the heart of this deceitful Labor government. They lie about everything, and they can, because they don’t have an opposition worthy of the title. I am growing more confident by the day that the only solution to our woes is a new political force, a fresh, Australia first force, that will act in the national interest and put all these corrupt and useless used-car salesmen red and blue in the dustbin of history. It can’t come soon enough. Time is short. I just want Australia back.

Pauline Hanson is now the preferred Prime Minister, as the establishment reels in shock. They did it to themselves. First the Liberals, and now Labor. They followed each other down the path to oblivion. There’s an old saying, “you have two ears and one mouth”, a sign that you should listen twice as much as you speak. But instead, the establishment just preached at us. They shamed and attacked us. They forgot us, and worse, ignored us completely. They gave each other jobs and titles as they pretended we admired them as much as they admire themselves. The establishment misread the rise of the Teals as a total rejection of social conservativism and personal ambition. Of a detest for masculinity and the total embrace of the politics of climate and mass immigration. But it wasn’t that. It was a frustration with the status-quo; an anger at the captured Liberal establishment, which made them almost indistinguishable from Labor. Albanese’s great appeal was that he was not Morrison, and Dutton actually looked somehow less prepared. But it was never a great embrace. It was more of a, “well I guess it’s you then”. Labor don’t really have a mandate for change, but they are convinced that Australians are a bunch of jealous fools that are too stupid to see the total erosion of our freedoms and way of life. Those in power are too blind to notice that everything they talk about and touch has set us backwards. But we see them. Albanese is just about the most inarticulate and incompetent Prime Minister we’ve ever had, and his vision for Australia does not extend beyond his comfortable, taxpayer funded retirement on the beach. The self-interest of the establishment is at record levels, and rather than listen, adapt and fix the problems they've caused, they just double down. And double down again. Both sides have grown transactional and prefer to shoot their messengers. They expel and slander those who have tried to do the right thing over the last decade, and now both sides are left with a talentless pool of transactional twits. There is not a capable government to be formed between them, and their time is up. I don’t think it will matter what Pauline Hanson says or does between now and the election, her popularity will continue to climb as she looks less and less like them… and they panic their way into helping her do that. The public have had enough, and Hanson is their pathway to showing the world that the Australian establishment is done. This is the beginning of a long journey to a more informed electorate and a better government. It has begun. We are going to get Australia back.

That is why they launch daily attacks on the civilian population, trying to break Ukrainians' resistance. You can see a woman shielding a small child with her own body, trying to save the child's life. An aerial bomb struck near a public transit stop in Sumy. Yesterday, at least five people were killed, including a child, and another 30 were injured. Hospitals and schools, residential buildings and supermarkets, train stations, and other crowded places have long been targets for the Russians. It is important to understand: the Russians continue manufacturing missiles and shells, and recruiting contract soldiers, because they still have the money to do so. By official figures alone, 40 percent of the Russian budget goes toward the war. What needs to be done? Stop doing business with Russia and paying taxes into its budget. Refuse to buy Russian goods. Seize Russian ships transporting oil and gas in circumvention of sanctions. Hold foreign companies accountable for helping Russia evade sanctions. The Catholic Church has been consistently AGAINST divorce and separation for 2000 years. Marriage is not a wedding day, it is a death. The death of the isolated self.
