I flew on a 3 hour flight with an overwirght women's love handles poking me in the ribs the whole time. At first, it was disturbing, but then I noticed it provided a warm feeling of comfort.

I once flew on a 5 hr flight. I was in the aisle and the person in the middle was huuuuge! He spilled over into the aisle and window seat. He was one of the coolest, nicest dudes I've ever met. We came to a compromise. Half of the flight his shoulder would lay over me, the over half, my shoulder laid on him. It was uncomfortable for sure, but we all got to where we were going and we became buddies. Be kind.
