Back on the slopes for some blue bird chalk-der days! Literal pro tip, courtesy of the legendary Mike Douglas - “keep your tips in contact with the snow and pivot from there”. (vid 4) Just read that Earth’s warming has exceeded 1.5C on an annual basis for the first time in 2024. Even if you believe climate change is a matter of opinion, better believe the glaciers are receding and pow days are getting rarer. Check out the good work Mike is doing at Protect Our Winters Canada and his films. The apocalypse is raging in LA, many of my friends have lost their homes, and countless wild animals have lost their lives. Whomever one is inclined to blame, add to it the apathetic and the complacent. (Ps anyone recognise the lines?)

Another organized crime crew is tearing through Florida, trying to destroy our local businesses! 🤬 Four thugs—dubbed the "Babyhair Bandits" online—were just busted in Pensacola after going on a coordinated retail theft spree across malls and stores. I don’t think there is any other community who is so supportive of each other, while being ambitious to try to build great things alhamdulilah." We all left with huge determination to build impactful solutions for humanity, to encourage ihsaan (perfection) and and to bring some of our learnings from the Bay Area to our respective countries to help build Muslim tech ecosystems across the world. I pray this trip helped plant some seeds 🌱 We'll be measuring the success of it by the progress we see in the years to come inshaAllah!

Just got home from Vegas, and it’s making me chuckle to see the discourse around Phish at the Sphere in my mentions. Those posts blew up! So many hot takes and cultural karenification. It’s not that serious. A lot of it is coming from the self-appointed cool crowd with zero curiosity about the experience… the exact type of people who are probably anti-amusement park, anti-cruise, anti-arcade, anti-roller coaster, anti-Magic Castle or Medieval Times. Relax. Whimsy still has its place in how we spend our leisure time at a low-stakes cultural spectacle. It’s like getting mad at the catering for a wedding you weren’t invited to or something? Obviously I had a great time on my spring vacation of choice. But, like a human golden retriever, I’m also the kind of person who always has a good time in an experience instead of trying to find the misery in it. Those of us who go to Phish know we’re big old dorks and a little cringe, just like Renaissance Faire or Civil War reenactors or people who go to ComicCons. Or wrestling. Or F1. Whatever! We mostly own it. Anyway, here are some more rage bait visuals from Tweezer. This is exactly what it’s going to feel like opening up the laptop on Monday. Especially because I have to go to the dentist for the third time in a month this week..

Several months ago I read an article entitled "Fart walks save lives" and ever since I've been a fan of a post-prandial stroll... It is so good for the digestion and general health; it gets the blood circulating, burns calories and let's you talk through the day with your other half....(farting is optional). So tonight, after a home-cooked meal, I persuaded james to come along the river for a 40 minute walk- and-talk. It was pitch black on the towpath and we saw only 3 other people, all wearing earpods . On the way back we heard, " help! Help!"... and at first thought it was one of the many rowing coaches you hear on The Thames - even after dark. But then I saw a bicycle on its side and shouted after the voice. 20 ft below us, in the water, was a bloke who had come off his bike and fallen headlong down the banking. He had flattened some of the bushes and trees but was still very difficult to see amongst the thick foliage. James scrambled down as far as safely possible to get a better look. The chap was still in his bike helmet, waist deep in the water and thick mud but unable to get any grip at all on the sheer brick wall. James got back up and found his very long bike lock which he then dangled down to try and pull him up - while I nervously said, " please don't get pulled in too.." (eventually James said, " yes I heard you the first 3 times..."). He was too far down to pull up but was pleading with us not to call 999..."it's just so embarrassing " he said.... He sounded like he was in his 50s, well-spoken and very fed up with himself! I stayed talking to him while James ran to get a longer rope and torch from home (but also gave me the nod to call 999). I was worried that our friend might let go or try to climb out and lose his grip if he knew the lifeguard was coming so I kept him talking and asked if there was anyone else I could ring for him. He rather ruefully said no. James appeared back sprinting with the rope. But seconds after speaking to 999, the Chiswick Lifeboat appeared heroically through the dark. They scooped our water-logged Bradley wiggins up and took him down to Kew and off to hospital to get checked over. We walked his bike back to our house and hope to reunite them soon. The moral to the story is that you should never flop on the sofa after dinner when you could walk round the block. Because that article was right - fart walks do save lives! Two videos: My “Blast the crap out of ‘em” video & my more tame method of killing yellow jackets. Generally I’ll use a product called Wasp Freeze to stop the ones coming in & out from how many ever holes they’ve created. But that won’t get rid of a monster sized nest. I’ll then blast them with my Stihl SR200 blower with a product of choice. This is the first video I’ve done showing the capability of the SR200. It’s an amazing device if you are fighting ticks, mosquitos, spiders, whatever. It really helps lift up the leaf or bush and costs all sides (the underside is really where most mosquitoes 🦟 hang out waiting on you). I recommend doing any treatment at dusk or dark as Yellow Jackets are much less active in the evening hours. Second video method: Get some glue boards, throw a piece of rotisserie chicken in center, catch one and they’ll release an alert pheromone and the entire nest will come out and get stuck. Cool to watch them try to sting the glue board while stuck over and over and get more stuck. There are many other “homemade” methods to get rid of them, gas, gas fumes, etc. I DO NOT recommend those. Being in the pest control biz for 25+ yrs, I’ve seen homeowners do this, not get the entire nest and the colony recovers and comes back 10X more aggressive. Use “Uncle Jonny and Aunt Sue’s” method at your own risk. Do they work? Sure they can, but you don’t get them all, that colony comes back with a vengeance.

I enjoyed meeting President Trump for the first time after his address to Congress. I took the brief opportunity to mention our mutual friend Mike Leach and we had warm exchange about the “great, great coach.” Mike used to talk with me frequently about his friendship with President Trump, including once secretly visiting Mara Lago during a bye week and discussing his own interest in potentially running for political office when he hung up the whistle. “You would have my complete and total support.” (Mike’s incredible personal skills, story telling ability and no BS common sense would have made him a very innovative and effective elected official.) I enjoyed meeting President Trump for the first time after his address to Congress. I took the brief opportunity to mention our mutual friend Mike Leach and we had warm exchange about the “great, great coach.” Mike used to talk with me frequently about his friendship with President Trump, including once secretly visiting Mara Lago during a bye week and discussing his own interest in potentially running for political office when he hung up the whistle. “You would have my complete and total support.” (Mike’s incredible personal skills, story telling ability and no BS common sense would have made him a very innovative and effective elected official.) Burnout hit me and ohnePixel hard this year- he stepped back from streaming, I stepped back from most of my activities as well. I am in a great spot personally, thanks to great friends and being able to stop running on autopilot. For me and Ohne to meet in Shanghai, having been partners in SkinBid and running DRILLAS whilst simultanously having struggled with the same things was a wholesome experience. My takeaway from the whole thing is a sense of community, Jesal Parekh dona and countless others who helped manage and support the project have been amazing. I did not feel like engaging in the drama, as it was evident to me that the main takeaway was that countless people enjoyed watching the journey, lots of smiles and laughter. To meet and spend time with the players was amazing. Highs and lows equally. Hope everyone will find their succes- they deserve it! Going to an RMR is always something special, this is the third for me- 2 with ECSTATIC ⚡️, meeting friends from the NA scene, familiar faces from talent and production, things like watching our game against FlyQuest with their manager and SoMe on friendly terms with mutual respect is something i LOVE- always great to connect with other teams and learn new things. I am back home, back to spending time on trading skins, ECSTATIC ⚡️ and SkinBid, lots of gratitude and encouragement from spending time with our amazing community!! & to everyone who is upset about too many EU players at the Asian RMR, I will do better next time and find a way to get 5 EU 😝!

Lars arrived at Varna Airport on July 8, 2014, the day he intended to board his flight back to Germany. Hey X, Family, friends, and warriors on here, I need to share something heavy that's been on my heart for only a couple of days. The doctors recently gave me news of cancer and a short 12-month timeline at best. I call BS on that. I feel strong, I'm fighting with everything I have, and I'm positive I'll beat this by God's grace. I'm anxiously waiting on a second opinion from another oncologist right now. Today I broke the news to my kiddos, all but the one overseas. My minors at home (including our new little Spider-Man who's been adjusting with us the past week after coming from a tough situation) and my college boy are now in the know. As a widower with no other living relatives, these boys depend on me, and I've never hidden things from them. We prayed together and we're standing on faith. I've only been carrying this quietly for a couple days, but I can't keep it hidden any longer. So many of you depend on me for the behind-the-scenes help and encouragement, and I have several close friends right here on this platform who have beaten the odds ,true God's warriors. Their testimonies fire me up. I know I'll join them in victory. Scripture I'm standing on: " Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up." (James 5:14-15) Also, "Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ." (Galatians 6:2) Please cover me and my boys in prayer. I'm trusting God for complete healing and many more years of ministry, fatherhood, and service. With the surrender of Japan came Korean independence, but unfortunately the country became grievously divided. So, my opinion on what the Antarctic (Antarctica) Anomaly is that it's a type of frequency technology. It must be way more powerful than HAARP, as many have claimed it to be, because we would see these anomalies at other HAARP sites, and we don't, not like this. With that said, and I'm very much trying to avoid letting what I want it to be not play a part here, I think it is a technology that is being used either off the coast of Antarctica itself or Bouvet Island. A third possibility is an area just to the northwest of the island that looks odd. It's possible it is a sonar scan from a ship, but why in that remote location? It looks like an antenna set up or rows of something that is out of place. I also believe that the weather events and fires that have taken place in Africa could possibly have been because of this. Each time we saw the anomaly, it was followed by a destructive weather event in Africa. A weird connection to that is we have been told and warned of a very busy 2024 Atlantic hurricane season. This is in part because of the above-average Atlantic ocean temperatures, which is the fuel to Hurricanes. With all this info, it's possible to see how the Anomaly could be a frequency tech that can manipulate or create weather, And or WARM up the Ocean temps to purposely enhance the Hurricane season and Storm growth. Keep in mind that many of our hurricanes and many of the biggest hurricanes have come from the west coast of Africa and form over the Cape Verde islands before heading towards the Caribbean and the United States. This is all of course speculation, and I'm learning many new things every day, so this idea may morph over time as we learn more.
