Hey thank you for post. It clears up a terrible misconception. Most people probably think, even Trump, that an EO is ‘national’ in scope.

This is 100% incorrect. EOs have the force of law and need to be enforced. They are orders to all of gov. They can be overturned by congressional legislation (but the president would need to sign off on the law) or overturned by the courts. They do have limited scope but Trump's EOs are within that scope.

Not true. The executive branch is responsible for enforcement of the laws passed by Congress. An EO is a directed from the Chief Executive Branch on how the laws will be enforced. Learn something before telling people lies

There is a flaw here. The flaw deals with the fact that much of what has been treated as law was through Bidden's Executive Orders, which include the Trans Policy for the military. Why are these treated like law when Biden is in office but not when Donald Trump reverses them?
